I went in at 2:30 on a Thursday. And the people at the counter were rude. Wouldn’t even acknowledge me at the order line so then I had to go wait behind customers ordering for my food that was just sitting there the whole time. Meanwhile, the floor is messy. The soda fountain is out of the Flavors. The blonde girl was extremely rude. Wouldn’t acknowledge me the entire time

This is the first time I have ever had a problem. I love firehouse subs. But my last visit it took a while for my order to even get taken. And I made it to go. Which I work about 3 mins down the road from there, and my sandwich was falling apart by the time I got there and soggy. NOT saying I wont go back. I understand some days are better than others. I've worked restaurants before.

The food was awesome! The staff is friendly, and helpful. The restaurant was not super busy, but it was very clean, there was an issue with a restroom door not being able to lock, but they clearly posted signage about it. I will definitely come back!
