The food was awesome! The staff is friendly, and helpful. The restaurant was not super busy, but it was very clean, there was an issue with a restroom door not being able to lock, but they clearly posted signage about it. I will definitely come back!

One great group of kids running this place like a well-oiled machine. Bright, happy attitudes and unsurpassed work quality, coupled with the lunch rush inside being dominated by Air Force vets feeding themselves to offer the best service in the world - it lifted my otherwise down day and put a smile on my face. Highly recommend the meatball/pepperoni sub. Toasted and melted to absolute perfection. I had my mouth ready for a pizza, but then a near accident just off the interstate showed me that God had other plans for my lunch, but these youngsters came through, and with SMILES on their faces! Hat's off to this crew and their ability to overcome a lunch rush with great food and attitudes. Excellent food and service!

We stopped about 30 minutes before closing for 2 subs and I was truly blown away at the level of service we received. The young man behind the counter was friendly, made our subs quickly and we were in and out the door in about 10 minutes. Unlike many other places she. You stop within an hour of closing you’re made to feel like you are bothering them but not here! Thank you for treating us like valued customers! Plus, our subs were probably the best we have ever had from Firehouse! Highly recommend this location.

Only making a review because of this. Sent an online order and went to pick it up only for the place to be closed for no reason. No sign or anything. Normally they are great here but they dropped the bag this time.

Ok...not as good as the 100's of others I've dined it's ok. If your military you will not receive a discount at this location even though there is a military installation less than 2 miles away.They do reserve the right as a franchise not to. I've been to hundreds across the nation that do and the 2 that hasn't have been in Arkansas. Thank you goes out to the one's that do

We came in at 8:55. They close at 9. We came in and she was absolutely great! Talked with us as she made the subs. Showed us how to go online and get rewards! (We go into firehouse all the time and didn't know this) food was great service was great store was clean!! 5 stars
