I ordered a pizza for delivery tonight and was told that although I am in the delivery area during daytime, at nighttime I am not deliverable because my neighborhood is dangerous. I am also about 5 minutes from Pizza Hut so it wasn't a big deal it was just the way it was told to me. So I got a pizza and a brownie, I was told 20 minutes until I could come pick it up. I show up at about the 20 minute mark and was told that there wasn't any brownies was a cookie good enough. If I wanted a cookie I would have ordered a cookie. I think they could have called me and told me but they didn't, they let me make plans and drive there to get my incomplete order. I only paid for the pizza because it was a food cost, I just don't understand why they couldn't tell me they were out of brownies before I drove there.
