I order from this place because it is the closest location to me. Every time I order I'm either missing an item or something was made wrong. I've worked fast food for over 5 years so I know sometimes we make mistakes but when I ask for something to be corrected and I'm met with attitude as if it's an inconvenience is just ridiculous.

Literally has to be the worst McDonald’s in Arkansas , I take my kids here cause it’s closer to my house but it’s always very slow service you have to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes just to get food it’s literally every time I come here ! The slowest McDonalds in the world !

Been here many times when I lived in Jacksonville in 2024. I was a regular coffee ☕️ guy and they the staff became like family. They were always there, at times the store got busy but I was always satisfied once I got my coffee every time during the morning hours.

Went to drive thru to get some ice cream for family. Waited 10 mins to order, only for employee to ask if I could wait a moment. Waited an additional 7 minutes before finally taking my order only to be told the machine was down. Customer service really needs to speed up. Only 2 cars in front of mine. Shouldn't take long to try place an order.

A manager named Daniela, refused to remake my order after i ordered on the mobile app and placed the it for tableside. She was rude, and condescending. I didn't know Mc.Donalds trained managers who don’t pay for the inventory, to not remake food that was sitting on a shelf for almost 20 minutes when it was ordered tableside. She also walked passed my table twice with my order originally (me and my friend were flagging her down) but went behind the counter and didn’t call me order.
