I can't make this up if I wanted too!! I'm trying to figure out... how does someone repeat your order more then once & still mess it up....after waiting more then 30 minutes... then have the nerve to ask you if you want to wait some more while the fix your order... uh no!! I can see if the line is long, your short staff... but today y'all weren't. The fact that not only did I repeat my order more then 3 times & it was repeated back to me multiple times.... it still was messed up, let's me know the person didn't care.

Had to wait extra for out food then its overcooked my iced coffee didn't even have ice and was disgusting call back to let them know and can't do anything for me except replace food that I no longer want.no wonder mcdonalds is going under your manager was rude and told me to call back tomorrow or come back tomorrow so they disjt have to deal with it I will be talking to higher ups.

I am a DoorDash. I literally just came to the drive-through. I ordered me some fries and pay for a cup of ranch. The drive-through lady with a Covid mask in long braids was very rude. She kept rolling her eyes and when I asked her for my ranch, she got an attitude. , she got an attitude. I still pull at least have a nice day. She rolled her eyes again. I repeated it three times trying to be polite. She continued to roll her eyes . Why the attitude. Very unprofessional

Do not order the orange juice! They cut the orange juice in half if not more with tapwater, and it tastes absolutely nasty! I know orange juice is expensive, but if they’re willing to cut corners on your orange juice, what else are they willing to cut corners on ?

Well this was a rough experience, Only one kisok worked, fountains didn't work, .people in drive through kept coming back for missing items. They gave out food away in the drive through took 45 minutes inside to get thr food after we ordered . Workers were yelling in the back because they were all messing up. The owner needs to fix the staff the management we should have been given a free meal but didn't offer it The manager walked out to smoke in the middle of the mess . This place was bad 3 months ago looks like they still are having trouble . Will not ever eat there again . Please read before going.. everyone has bad days but it was just dangerous ridiculous nit leadership .

Picture provided, fish sandwich this is how sandwich should look. Not everything off centered. The fIrst one i received looks like someone threw it together. I sent it back, I showed it to servicer person look it's not center. So I got a corrected one or either they pushed it together to make it look right. WHY CAN'T THEY DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. It only takes a second or 2 to fix it right.

After paying, at the next window, I encountered a young lady who was just standing there waiting on something. She looked at me and asked me if I was the one with the chicken nuggets and mcflurry. I told her yes, and a large fry. She handed me the bag and was trying to put my mcflurry in my other hand. It almost ended up on the ground. It was way too soft and in a cardboard container now. It was messy and leaked all over my truck. There were no napkins in the bag so that I could wrap something around it. Obviously it had probably been made before the rest of my order. (By the way, whomever came up with this new way of serving a McCurry in cardboard, open, has got to be crazy. This is NOT a great idea!!!). Anyway, I get home and start pulling my good out of the bag and guess what....they forgot to put my hot mustard in the bag. I was thoroughly pissed. It cost me $20.03 and I don't get my sauce, and I have a mess in my truck from the leaky mcflurry. With the young lady at the window just standing there doing nothing, she should have been making sure my sauce and my entire order were correct. Spent way too much on this food and this is what I got to deal with. I will not be going to McDonalds anymore. I'm officially done. Everyone's prices keep going up. If the quality of my food AND the quality of my service is not where it should be than I will just choose to spend my money elsewhere. You want loyal customers, try to have some loyal, caring, and want to actually work employees!!!

So i recently went through to get a tripple cheeseburger, a mcchicken, a medium fry, and a 6 piece nugget. Everything else was good! But when i opened the nuggets container, there was nothing but a handful of pickles….I don’t know if this was on accident or a joke, But you never know what someone can be allergic too…
