This was my first experience with this restaurant and was favorite impressed wit their extensive menu of burgers and chicken. The burgers are flame cooked over charcoal and have a very good smoked flavor. The waitstaff was excellent, welcoming and attentive. It is a place I will certainly visit in the future.

Finally convinced my spouse to try MM. We had eaten at the originals in the 1970s; I had eaten at this location right after they opened. It was about 2p, so we just had the basic burger so we wouldn't ruin supper. We got it at the window and the cashier proudly exclaimed, "Hot off the grill!"; maybe about 1 p,, it was. Never have I experienced such a rubbery, tasteless burger! We added tomatoes to the burger, and I think we were punished for it. When we opened the hermetically-sealed sandwiches, we were covered by shredded,i ceberg lettuce. So much, in fact, that I had to get out of the car to brush-it-off my clothes and floor mats onto the parking lot. Thanks for the military discount, though. Lesson-learned--if I ever go there again: get there early to avoid the lunch-rush-leftovers--they are terrible.

I haven't been in 21 years and was happy to see they were in Jacksonville now because I temporarily live with my brother in Cabot. I remember how I loved the hickory smoke burger on Broadway in downtown Little Rock and was definitely in the mood for one today. They burger was overdone and they got my order wrong. I am not able to walk too well and it was raining pretty hard, so I ordered ahead and went through the drive thru. They were prompt and got my order out a couple minutes after I got there (I was 4 minutes early). They lady at the window was nice and even gave me a free cookie.. now I see why. I clicked that I wanted no mustard and add a tomato to my Minute Man burger, but when I got the burger it was exactly opposite.I ended up with a dry burger with mustard and no tomato (which I paid $0.50 extra for! I think they microwaved it because it wasn't even warm when I bit into it. I don't know if I'll ever be back. Whataburger in Kingwood, TX is so much better! They even give you tomatoes with no additional charge, and they aren't $9.00 either. Also, they charge $2.99 for this coleslaw (photo included). The worst burger experience I've ever had

This place is amazing! The staff are wonderful and the food is out of this world! I grew up eating at the original in downtown Little Rock. This place is a Godsend! Thank you!

Minuteman was a place we used to eat regularly several years ago and this seems to have the same recipes and very similar menu. I've been a couple of times and would go back. Not the least expensive fast food but big portions and cooked fresh.

I love the flavor of their burgers. The fries are good. Try their apple pie. Only issue I had was the burger was not hot enough to melt the cheese. Seemed like they took it out of a warming pan that wasn't very warm.

Would rate higher than 4, just not at 5. Service was excellent. Food was good. Clean. Good location.

The burger was great and the taco salad was as well. Both pretty darn big servings. Great fast food.

Minute Man was possibly the first cheeseburger I had when I was a kid. I have very many fond memories of going there with my dad when I was growing up. The old downtown location on Broadway and also the one on Roosevelt were always a treat while out running errands with him. The North Hills location was the closest to home and was the one we probably ate at the most. I was so excited when I learned that after all these years later, that Minute Man was finally being revived. I followed the progress on Instagram when the construction started in Jacksonville and when they opened their doors... they did not disappoint. Everytime I drive down 67 and see the iconic Minute Man sign, it puts a smile on my face. Obviously, they are known for their burgers, but I've got to tell ya, I recently ordered a beef burrito, chicken taquitos and their Arkansas style cheese dip and it was phenomenal! Now when I go back, I don't know whether to go with the classic burger that fills my childhood memories or to cross the border into Mexico. Either way, you can't go wrong. Friendly staff, excellent service and great food. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, I will be back!Instagram: @LordCheddarPepper

Well today was my first visit and my last. I had higher expectations from post I’ve seen from the trailer at The Rail yard in the past and was totally disappointed. Ice machine was down, service was lacking, and for $22 for two cheeseburger combos I expected much more. Bland & tasteless. I’ve honestly had much better burgers from McDonald’s. It’s a shame Fuzzy’s had to close.

We tried many items on the menu. Everything was amazing. The owner was this awesome guy going table to table checking on everything and making sure they was good. Definitely be back again
