Love the pizza. With some of their peppers on the side, Love it. It's been a minute, but usually, I'd order me extra banana peppers on the side. For a little extra change to the bill. Usually, i do pickup, much cheaper, if you can ever consider Papa John's cheap. Not hardly. But occasionally, I'll treat myself and order delivery. It's extra, but after a hard day of working, it's worth it.

The past 3 or 4 times I have ordered from this specific restaurant, my order is never ready. I show up when the pizzas supposed to be ready, and they haven't even started on it yet. How does it take 30 minutes to make one pizza? Its not like you guys get a lot of business. Your parking lots always empty and your employees are never doing anything. I won't be ordering from this papa johns anymore. Way too slow, get it together

Delivery time was terrible ordered at 6:30 PM it is now 8:04 and still no pizza. Call the store and they said it was on its way 10 minutes ago! More time has now passed! Where is our pizza is it going to be cold????

I order 2 pizzas online when I picked them up they were cold. Came back waited 15mins for replacement got home which is mind from them pizza was barely hot that the butter garlic didn’t melt. I called them brung the pizzas back the cashier stood and argued they were hot and fresh I asked for my money back he said he have to call his GM this unprofessional person argued with me as well I asked for my money back they tried telling me it’s going told me it’s going to take 5 to 7 days to refund. I will not be back to this location. Most of the time there’re standing outside smoking or playing on their phones at the counter.

I ordered online. The delivery price online was a different price from when the delivery driver got to my house. It was about $7 more than the price given to me online when I placed the order.
It was confusing to say the least and the delivery driver didn’t seem interested when I showed him the price I was given online. I was very disappointed and will never order from Papa John’s again.
