If I could leave a negative star I would I called about a job interview and got totally blowed off As I was trying to order food I have Management experience And was completely blowed off and then Hung up on.I will never put food from this place again

I ordered delivery from this Papa John's location and got garlic knots, wings, and a 2-liter Pepsi. While the garlic knots were fantastic—soft, flavorful, and cooked perfectly—and the wing sauce was tasty, I can't justify giving this experience 5 stars. First, they were out of the soda I orriginaly ordered, and delivered a different alternative that what was agreed upon while making the order which was disappointing. Second, the wings were the smallest I have ever seen in my life. not what I was expecting for the price. Lastly, the delivery took much longer than the estimated time I was given, which was frustrating. Overall, the food had some high points, but the negatives made it hard to enjoy the experience fully. Hopefully, these issues are addressed in the future.

I placed and online order and arrived a couple of minute before the estimated time of it being ready and when I get there I’m told that the pizza is the oven and will be a couple of minutes to only find out once the manager on duty gets off of the phone and checks on me and I tell him I’ve been taken care of and a few seconds later the manager tells me my pizza hasn’t even been made yet(? Not even busy when I was there, 4 orders on the screen and not a single pizza on the ready pizza rack). I proceed to tell them I will go wait in my truck and come back in once ready, already frustrated I didn’t look at the pizza before I left (that’s on me) so I get home and open it up and it’s not even what I ordered. I ordered a ultimate pepperoni and got a regular pepperoni pizza, not usually one to complain about food service but I’ve been to location 3 times now and every time something is wrong with my order, I’ll go out of my way for now on to go to another location!

Beware of their lying general manager Katrina! She tried to blame one of her workers, “she’s deaf and she didn’t hear your order” was the comment Katrina made when I called to tell them my order was wrong. Katrina instantly hit an attitude and made up crazy excuse of why my order was wrong. If you know your worker isn’t capable of taking down an order, why would you risk her taking orders - furthermore if you knew she “didn’t hear my order” correctly, why not call the customer back to finalize the order?? I also made a review on Facebook and was blocked.
