Ordered for pickup and the pizza was done and ready exactly at the time I was given. Extra cheese was absolutely worth it and everything tasted fresh.
The only downside is the soda situation. I have mentioned before that the cooler door is often left open and it tends to get shrugged off, so the drinks are not always cold. I would recommend grabbing your own soda elsewhere if that matters to you.
Food timing and quality were solid. The cooler is just something to be aware of.

I placed my online order at 5:05 P.M. to have my pizzas picked up at 7:30 P.M. When I get there, there was a lobby full of people waiting for their orders. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before the young lady assisted me. Told her my name and order and guess what? No pizzas. My pizzas hadn’t even been cooked yet. This is why I placed the order for a later pick up time. To save me the time and hassle of just waiting. I got there at 7:15 and didn’t get my pizzas until about 7:50ish. Then I noticed that the cook was making pizzas with no gloves on. That’s pretty unsanitary seeing as though your hands had touched numerous items in the kitchen before preparing these pizzas. I understand being short handed but this was completely unnecessary. And to add insult to injury, the pizzas were not what I ordered. Shocker there!

I’m putting a 5 star because they replaced our first order. I never complain about food but the first pizza we got was basically school pizza and was not good. I called and offered to send pictures and everything and the manager apologized and made it right. Whoever you are Pizza Hut manager I thank you.

Thursday September 25th I ordered pizza, wings and bread and Pizza Hut was using Door Dash to have some orders delivered. My order was being delivered with Door Dash and the guy was horrible. The door dash guy who delivered our food was 30 minutes late, our pizza was cold and the breadsticks were soggy. Also when the Door Dash came the delivery driver put my food on the floor. Like really? I didn't request my food to be left at the door. I called Pizza Hut back and the lady who I spoke to was Amazing! She told me she will have my order re-made and the delivery driver Becca delivered our food. When Becca came our food was HOT & FRESH. Thank you Becca and the lady at Pizza Hut who answered my call and put my order back in.

I've waited almost an hour for my food cashier lied and told the cook that I have already got my food. I spoke up to make sure they know I didn't get my food. Then I asked for my refund the manager was taking her time with that to. It took them 15 mins to give me my refund

Meant to do this a few days ago. The foods good, but the staff is what makes this location the best pizza hut in central Arkansas. Becca is so nice and sweet. The guys there are funny and definitely makes sure everyone's having a good day. The managers care about their employees and it shows. Especially Ms Sizzle and Ms Shelly. The whole staff has this family/friends vibe going and it's awesome. I always feel welcome here.

Im a driver for uber eats, I get a lot of pick up orders from Jacksonville Pizza Hut. Becca is super sweet and is definitely dedicated to her customer service. I’ve seen rude people and I’ve seen okay-ish people up there (customers) and Becca is nice and friendly to each and every one despite their attitude towards her. I wish more people in customer service positions had Becca’s attitude and outlook on life. Oh and pizza huts pizzas are always good, but they know that lol. I personally and highly recommend the stuffed crust Hawaiian chicken pizza!! Keep up the good work Becca. You’re doing great!
