This Popeyes is so low budget chicken taste or look nothing like the original Popeyes chicken it’s over cooked and has an old chicken taste to it. Never hot when ordering just plain bland I’ll drive to Cabot before eating here Cabot always fresh and delicious 👌🏾Jacksonville just shut it down and start over!!!!

People are usually kind, but whoever is back there making the food needs a raise. I’ve never been shorted at this location, and the chicken is always huge. Def recommend this location

If you dont want to interact and serve all people, dont work in the service industry. Order spicy strips, get cold non fresh regular. Burnt biscuit, and the mashed potatoes and gravy was straight unedible, and barely half filled. Been to plenty of Popeyes, and this is hands down the worse I've ever been to. Only thing worth anything, was the sweet tea.

Wrong food yet again, drinks taste like cough medicine again. This is getting ridiculous..I’ve ignored it and I’m so sick of it. Not even a word said of why I got the wrong chicken now I can’t do anything because they are closing and won’t answer phone!!!

I placed an order through drive through.Never got exactly what I ordered.Shrimp was smaller than your little fingernail.Chicken strips were so hard.Could not eat them.We'll not go back.

I’ve had this issue several times so I know it’s not a one off. I have ordered macaroni & cheese and the containers always come partially filled. I feel like it’s a concerted effort to short customers. I’ve ordered from other Popeyes where the container is filled up. In addition the drum sticks were very small. They were like party wings.

I guess we're having trouble counting to 6 today. I have received 2 orders via Doordash, and both of the 2 can dine boxes I received were short on chicken strips. One had 4 and the other had 3. I mean we're over 6 for the total but unfortunately we're still short about 5 chicken strips. If one can't count to 6, I'm not sure why they're working a base entry position. A kindergarten mat would be more suitable. I genuinely hope next time this establishment uses both hands to count the items on my order.

This Popeyes Chicken in Jacksonville, Arkansas has the best tasting chicken ever... It's READY, HOT, 🔥 TASTY, CRISPY AND DELICIOUS 😋, I've eaten at a few Popeyes locally and intentionally and trust me they all taste either freshly cooked, or been sitting in the window awhile, but this particular store has it together and keeps hot fresh chicken, I've visited this Popeyes 3 times since I moved here and their chicken is always fresh and hot and ready to go, and there biscuits are hot, and flaky not hard and stiff like some others I've visited,,shout out to management ...👍👍👏👏👏👏👏 Awesome job...
