Yo they shut down. Closed for good. # is disconnected. Idk why they didnt update anything before they did it. But its been over a week. 1 note on the door idk what it says. Good luck.

The employees were very rude to me. 1st and last time there I went through the drive-through I was asking her questions and she was so rude I just drove away.

I've been to this location 3 times and every time I ask for nachos they never have any.1. The grill was off2. They out nacho chips3. They out of everythingDon't know how they were out of everything and they were still open Please explain why you all never have nachos?I use to be a manager for a restaurant and when we were out of something simple we went to the store and bought it to accommodate the customers.

Offered door dash. 2 meals wrong. No one is answering phones are busy. Not for me. I'm going to avoid this place unless they make it right.

I mean I had a bad experience with food being over seasoned and way to salty. I was highly disappointed; cause I ate from there on father's day. I mean I didn't pay for it but, the food was bought for me by my party so you have to fix the way too much seasoning guys n salt. minus that then you could possibly be ok.

Clean your parking lot and drive through area so very very trashy. Had we seen this before we ordered and got trapped in the drive through we would have never stopped. TRASHY!!

Nastiest sea food I have ever tasted! They were out of half of their food, and I guess what was left was just gross. Never again!

This is the second time they burnt my food. I can't even eat it. I had it delivered to the house cause I can't leave my house right now. So I called them to let them know. They said I had to bring the food back. I tried to explain to them I can't. They got rude with me and when I tried to ask for corporate number or when the manager was going to be there they hung up on me and will not answer the phone. Will never order from the one Jacksonville ever again.

The Little Rock sharks much better and you don’t have to bring your own cocktail sauce or your own cheese for philly cheese steak sandwich

I love sharks they have great food at reasonable prices. I like getting the lunch special always something for the whole family and good flavors for the wings

I came just for the presliced cakes. It's good for a sweet fix while on the run.
