We love Smokin Buns so much we drive over from Conway to eat their catfish and BBQ. It's hard to find good restaurant catfish nowadays and they do a wonderful job. Their fish filets are well sized, crispy breading with plenty of meat. Their prices are very reasonable, huge plus! My wife and I can both go eat a nice fish dinner for a little more than $30 (before tip). BBQ is stellar, all their sides are great. Just an all around great experience when we make the trip over!
I have been to this restaurant many times because it is always good. Yesterday things were really "off". The food was brought out in a timely fashion. My fried shrimp was not like the usual. It tasted bland and the crust wasn't crispy, the baked potato and my husband's sausage were overdone like they had sat all day as the hush puppies were mini size and out of a frozen bag, the slaw was good. We had to ask several times for the condiments that were auppose...
