I could not find the store #, for sonic in jacksonville, Ar. on north 1st street, on my ticket, so here goes this.

Good service, sonic got my order right. Very good burger # 3. Got my food just the way I wanted it. Man on the enter com was very friendly & helpful. Strawberry shake always good.

I literally waited 10 min for a drink and never got it. I ordered online waited about 5 min thn buzzed in told thm I had an online order the reply bk was I'm by myself and will b out shortly well shortly never came. I buzzed bk in to no answer so I drove off. This is always the case with this Sonic and noone should have to drive to the other side of town (Main St.) for better services. This Sonic needs to do better with having staff because their always short handed and do better coming out in a timely manner. Guess (Main St.) will b my first choice they never disappoint and food is so much fresher and service more promptly. Only reason I went to 1st St is because I was already over there but I'll burn my gas for top service.......goodbye.

I was waiting for my sweat tea for 20 minutes so I called and asked what I was waiting for and if everything was ok. And the girl on the phone sat there and gave me attitude. But I didn’t say anything because I've worked at fast food and understand it can be stressful. But once I got my sweet tea and my little 4 year old brothers I tried it. It had the texture of sand. It wasn’t even a liquid and I’m glad I notice because my brothers was the same way he could of chocked on it so it scared me and I called up letting them know the first person I talk to just threw the phone to someone else and the second person was nice and asked if I wanted to come back for another one I said no because I really don’t trust them. I felt like they put my little brother in danger by having it so thick that he could have chocked on it. If it was just my drink I honestly wouldn’t of cared but they put my brother in danger and didn’t even really care so I will not be coming back and I would like to talk the district manager about it because I’m pretty sure I know who did it.

The food was bad because you don't change the grease enough. It gives fried food a bad flavor. My corn dogs and groovy fries were over cooked in old grease and hard as a rock! I stopped going here for those reasons. I also didn't get napkins or mint. The new smash burger with crappy fries took away the experience of the new burger. Again I won't be back.
This is the best Sonic ever. The manager Ashley is amazing. She runs orders as needed and if a problem arises she is going to make it right!

Zero accountability, manager will argue with you even though you literally have the wrong order in front of you, no actual customer service, IF YOU HAVE ANY FOOD ALLERGIES AVOIVD AT ALL COST. First and last time at this location. If you want sonic that bad go to ANY other location, just NOT this one. I hope the people that work here realize they have a choice to work where they want, they do not have to work a job they hate that much.

I always enjoy Sonic in Eldorado tbh. I think once or twice I’ve had to wait a bit and just a few times I’ve had a sucky order but 9 out of 10 times, I have a great Sonic experience. Especially when Brad is the car-hop. He’s always so sweet and kind. I always have great service with the ones that take the order too though I don’t know their names. Thank you Sonic staff for trying your best in a thankless town. Customer service is the hardest here from my experience. I love the town folk when just small talk interactions, but working in customer service in eldorado is a nightmare. Thank yall for still trying.

The last two times I ate here the food was horrible. The tater tots look and taste like they have been cooked in old grease. My burger was cold and tasted old. I will not be returning to Sonic. This location has ruined Sonic for me.

I placed an order for a drink and a water at 1140. It was supposed to be ready at 1146. I checked at 1152 and they said it was on the way. Mind you there were only 2 cars besides mine. It finally came out at 1156 and it was wrong. Like completely wrong. It is now 12 and I am finally leaving. I still don’t think that the order is correct, but I guess I will just deal with it. Twenty minutes for two drinks (one being water) is asinine. I will add that the carhop was amazing though.

Always good , love the drive up window.
Took forever and they werent even busy. Ordered a medium cheese sticks. Got 3 , that's it. They were burned as were tater tots. No marinara sauce for cheese sticks. No salt. Charged $1.00 for a slice of cheese on jr burger, which was almost $4. Can get the same in Beebe for 1.99.
Horrible service! Do NOT recommend at all.
