I ordered ahead at this location at 1:15 it said my food would be ready i got here and checked in it is going on 1:41 and i still have not got my food yey i even talked to them twice. About 8 cars have pulled up to the stalls orded and got thet food and i still havent got mine.

The car hop was rude! Forgot a drink & would not go get because she was to busy talking to her friend who pulled in in the next stall. Also would not give me a receipt for my order. Call the supervisor while I was setting there & she hung up on me. This was the Sonic on 1st Street in Jacksonville,AR.

We ordered a large pop corn chicken with honey mustard and a pretzel twist with cheese, Waited 25 minutes at the drive thru window. The drive thru lady closed the door in our face as we were asking for condiments after telling her we needed them at the order screen. We waited as she looked at us thru the window. She turned around then finally opened the window to say do y’all need something. She hands us one honey mustard for a large pop corn chicken and the cheese for the pretzel twist and we even ignored it and said thank you as she said uh huh and shut the door. Very rude staff and unprofessional way to run a business. I get it it’s a fast food establishment but we pay for it and we wont be back. Get better staff so you don’t keep losing customers

Either the high school kids they have working in there are deaf or the stall speakers are 30 years old and they’re too poor to fix them because they can’t hear a single thing. You will have to repeat your order probably 10 times just for them to bring it out and it be wrong.

If I could give a big fat 0 I would . Go else where if you can this location is a joke . Pulled up and went to order and no one wants to do their job sat for 20 mins and no one would answer the speaker so I moved to another stall and got the same response. They should just close this location down and give the land to the highway department it would be used better...........oh wow a automated response shocker

this is literally the slowest sonic I have ever been too. I placed an online order in the app and arrived at 9:55 to get it to eat lunch with my daughter at school. Didn't even get it in time. I waited almost an hour for a happy meal and a burger meal.

if i could give 0 stars i would. my husband and i work at the air force base and our one hour break we decided to get sonic. we pre ordered and then waited a total of 35 minutes at this sonic. we never received our food and went back to work with no food.
