This place is the absolute freaking worst!! How do you have the option for curbside pickup and there’s no-one to bring your delivery out?! I called about 6 times after arriving and about the 4th time in, the worker literally picked up only to leave put the phone on mute and I kept saying hello to no response. Called back again twice and no response. I don’t have a problem walking in to pick it up but unfortunately I am definitely not dressed for public setting hence why I ordered the curbside. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional and for sure my last time ordering here.

I have tried to give this subway a chance more times than I probably should have. But when asked for a sub, you expect fresh bread, not yesterday's. One of the subs I ordered and had toasted it came out as a heated sub, not a toasted sub. The staff was very rude, I felt like I was an inconvenience for them. I'm not sure who the owner is of that franchise, but if you want to keep that store open and not keep loosing business to the Main Street or even the Base for those who have access, it's time to clean house and I mean a full clean of the entire staff. Only once did I feel welcomed, and that was in June. After the last time I received a sandwich with meat that had a smell to it, I WILL NOT be back.

This particular Subway was on the way to our destination. It was fairly early and the shop hadn't been open for maybe 30 minutes. We were the first customers.The staff greeted us and even though everything wasn't out yet, the staff was extremely pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable about their menu and helped us through getting the sandwich made. The suggestions were absolutely delicious on our subs!

Vegetarian options: With all of the veggies they have the salads are impeccable, fresh and very tasty!

Dietary restrictions: It would be easy to find something there with even the strictest dietary restrictions.

Parking: It's a medium size lot that has other businesses beside the Subway.

Kid-friendliness: It was easy for them to help the kids with their suggestions and menu options.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible by wheelchair.

They are supposed to be open until 11pm but basically every night they are blocking and locking the door and turning the customers away at 10pm. Really folks? Not a good way to run a business.

I ordered my Subway via delivery through the Subway app and never received it. The app glitched after I placed my order and changed my address to the restaurant’s address. After this, the driver just dropped it off at a random address that the app selected 6 miles from my house. I won’t use the Subway app again because I did not see an option to cancel the order or get a refund, so I lost out on $25.
