The manager was very unprofessional regarding handling the order that I placed on my app that did not show up in their system. Therefore, if you patron at this Subway it's best to not utilize your app because you may have to give the worker(s) your order upon arriving, and if you encounter the light brown eyed manager; he may out of frustration end up over applying condiments on your healthy sandwich. That's exactly what he did to my sandwich. I normally don't have any problems when I patron here. However, I feel this location need to hire staff that values customer service, and dress accordingly to the their job title. The manager, wasn't wearing his name tag, and was dressed inappropriately. The store also did not have the food ingredients covered up when I arrived in the store the second time to get the general manager contact number. The store on Rodney Parham that is a few minutes away is much better.

You'd be better off making your own at home. Always carefully check bread. They will send out stale or molded bread, expired meat, expired cheese, expired sauces. Bad bug problem. I've found rat droppings as well. Eat at your own will. I have gotten sick after eating here.

My fiancé and I come here A LOT and every time without fail it is perfect! The staff are always amazing and friendly, our sandwiches are perfect every time, and some of the staff even remember our orders! This is the best place in Little Rock to get subway!

This absolutely sucked I walked in ordered a simple foot long Italian herb and cheese pizza sub and the woman at the counter threw her arms in the air rolled her eyes and yelled I can't hear ya so I repeated my order loader. After this she asked what cheese I wanted I told her American after a minute she asked again I told her American and after another minute she asked a third time and I told her American. She finished her part of the job and passed it to another man who tried his absolute best to prepare my sandwich despite the large amount of pizza sauce on it, he loosely folded the paper around the sandwich and picked it up by pinching with both hands on the corners laying it onto the paper. He violently wrapped it then passed it to the cashier who angrily asked if I wanted anything else when I reviewed my food the sandwich was bent and smushed and the bag was soaked through with sauce. I was so enraged that I took the time to google the address make a yelp account, make a page for the Subway, and type out this entire review ,I hope some form of action is taken, and that no one has to pay for this service ever again.
