This has got to be a joke. I have four little pieces of steak in my 2 discovery boxes. The chicken quesadilla is the same way most of it is burnt torltia. Fries were cold. Supreme Soft tacos were more tortillas and sour cream than anything. Worst place in Jacksonville do not know why I try. I give it a few months and it's still the same. I do have better luck with the day shift crew. Do not recommend.

I completed a mobile order but when I got to the window I was told an item was not available and I couldn’t get a refund because it was a mobile order. Then when I got home I noticed my taco was not a supreme as I ordered and I couldn’t fix it in the app.

OMG... the state of BAD fast food in Jacksonville just keeps growing and growing. Ordered in the drive thru, pulled up behind an Impala wuth one adult driving and 3 children. It was obvious that a child in the back was in charge. It was a total SNAFU. It was well over 20 minutes before they finally pull away. I knew my box had been sitting, waiting, during that 20 minutes. And I was right. I didn't get the $9 box, I was given the $7 box. I asked for extra Diablo sauce... I got NONE! NONE! So I took home a cold $7 box for $10.14, got NO hot sauce. This is the 3rd fast food joint in two weeks that can't get an order straight either online or in person. You heard me Wendy's and Arby's! I swear, if Popeyes goes bad in this town I'm going to start a protest march. Food is too expensive for this kind of service.

Oh... and you burned the damn burrito!

Employees have attitudes when ordering food today claiming there’s only 2 people inside the building scheduled to work . Lobby is now full and line is backed up where is the managers

The people working there, were unprofessional. they act irritated when someone orders. While I was eating, I noticed an employee scratch His butt,and continue to make food. No handwash... I left. The dining room feels icky, my kit was wiped down with dirty rags.

This has to be the worst taco bell ever, the night crew is HORRIBLE. Will serve anything to customers. It’s always nights!!! Just ordered food and it came with no meat just threw it together.

Taco Bell’s food isn’t always the best — it can be greasy, salty, and taste artificial. The ingredients often seem low quality, and everything starts to taste the same after a few bites. Sometimes the tacos are soggy or the meat is bland, making the whole meal feel disappointing. It’s cheap and quick, but definitely not great food.

I just wish for once they will get our order right. When I order for me & my husband... they always mess up the order. I get my food supreme and my husband no sour cream because he's allergic. They'll either have no sour cream on nothing or sour cream on everything..... ugh.... I thought let's try a different shift... nope same thing happened. I don't know what to do at this point. The customer service is good, nice... but they just can't seem to get our order right.

I don’t normally write review, this place is atrocious, something is needed to be said, ordered online, upon receiving our order, they reduce our drinks to medium from a large without any compensation or willing to work with us as we were paying more than what we are receiving, we had to take it to the app (Taco Bell app) incomplete/missing items from the order, straight up laziness when they put the food together; fillings not in as ordered, horrible attitude. Worst crew that I’ve ever had seen.

I marked the establishment low on atmosphere because all the tables had crumbs on them. Other than that the food was well prepared compared to other Taco Bells
