We have eaten here several times before, usually pretty good, restaurant wasn't cold inside, food was ok, but I think floor & most tables should have been taken better care of. Hard to find a table that didn't have somebodies left over stuff on them. Maybe the staff only cared about preparing people's orders, & that's is important too. One person did clean off 1 or 2 tables, but there's more than 1 or 2 tables in restaurant that needed cleaning....

Our tacos were a bit mushy BUT at the hour we came thru their drive thru it's to be expected. We were grateful at the hour we drove thru, that they were even open! With a car full of hungry and sleepy grandchildren, seeing her smiling face at that drive thru was awesome.

This is Taco Bell, you've eaten here before, nothing great or terrible. However the manager seemed to go above expectations with everyone she interacted with, be it customers or employees. It was noticeable enough that my friend and I both mentioned it to each other when we got back in the car. Kudos to her and Taco Bell. She will do better than Taco Bell because they won't value her. However she is going to do great at any customer service job. Maybe I will be...
