Karaoke is off the chain, & i dont even sing. Now called Hot Tails & Cocktails. Cheap pool as well. Nice staff & regulars. I'll definitely be back. Try the frog legs!!

Food was good the service was not. The waitress was more worried about showing off her tattoos that she said she wasn’t supposed to be showing, running around with her jacket off on the tattooed shoulder. It took waving our hands to get a drink, we had to ask for napkins and a bucket. They weren’t that busy either.

Loved the place & the outdoor seating, but crawfish were small & the potatoes were tiny & had to pay for the potatoes & other sides separately, where other places they're included with the crawfish. Also, draft beer came in small plastic mugs. Will say, the staff was friendly!

Parking: Parking was good, probably because there weren't hardly anybody there. Not suitable for handicapped people.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not handicapped friendly. Use a wheelchair because have problems walking. Parking lot is Gravel & didn't notice any handicapped parking & entry doors aren't suitable for handicapped.

This is an amazing place to go. The owners, bartenders and patrons are all very friendly. Monday at 7 pm they host a pool tournament for anyone that pays the $5 entry. Later in the week they have live bands, open mic and karaoke. Jay’s is perfect for everyone.

Beer is cold got pool tables and the band that was there when I was good

Had an issue next door at drunken monkey where a couple threatened to shoot us. Door man from jays came over and pretended to know what was going on. Took their side to avoid police intervention.Not a safe place. Over charge your debit card too. Stay away!! Plenty of great bars in downtown Little Rock.

This place is old school. Good people , great staff. Not a club.. it's my hometown bar..my kind of place. If you want more, go next door son.

Great place to hang out and have a drink

Brother and I stopped in the play some pool. Quiet at noon, Friday 13th. Nice local bar, Fully stocked and a kitchen for burgers, fries etc. No microwave stuff here. Waitress was very pleasant, Good mind reader on refills for cold beer. Enjoyed our 2 hours hanging out there.
