Grabbed breakfast there today for someone and the little girl at the window couldn't have been more nasty. It cost a person NOTHING to be polite. I ordered, drove up and spoke. This little girl gave me my total AGAIN and closed the window as I was getting my money. She returned, took my payment, gave me change and walked away all while having such a nasty look on her face. I wanted to be nasty and tell her to smile and comb her hair but I would have been no better. If I wasn't picking up food for someone else I would have left because I DON'T eat their food! Simply unprofessional!

Every time we visit this location there are homeless people outside or inside . During today's visit a woman who was clearly on drugs sat outside smoking came back in for cigarette butts she had on a table then going back outside it was kind of scary

Been there atleast 5 times, every time the burgers are cold. At first I just thought they were busy but the last time there were no cats in the drive-thru and I saw 3 customers inside. Haven't and will not waste my time or money there again

Got breakfast delivered, 2 of the sausage biscuits (with extra sausage patty) were made wrong (they added unwanted egg and cheese to both) and honestly I didn’t care for the taste of the sausage, egg & cheese croissant. My fiancée enjoyed his breakfast sandwiches.

Never had service this bad from this place. Asked for a triple Dave’s, got a double. Worst of it all… ordered a chicken sandwich and when I bit into it, I discovered the chicken was RAW. Lost my appetite. I pray this isn’t happening to anyone else.
This place is trash. Jen the manager is trash. She was talking about the GM Josh I suppose loud and clear with her crew laughing and mentioning someone named Eric. I’ve never seen someone be unprofessional. I will never come back here until they get better management.

This so called manger refused to give a disabled women and friend a cup for water why they waited for there system to come back up so they can order and then proceeded to treat the lady as if she couldn’t pay even after she offered to pay for said cup he couldn’t take payment and then he threatened to call the authorities please boycott with me I don’t approve or condone this type of behavior Wed March 19 2025
