This place is trash. Jen the manager is trash. She was talking about the GM Josh I suppose loud and clear with her crew laughing and mentioning someone named Eric. I’ve never seen someone be unprofessional. I will never come back here until they get better management.

This so called manger refused to give a disabled women and friend a cup for water why they waited for there system to come back up so they can order and then proceeded to treat the lady as if she couldn’t pay even after she offered to pay for said cup he couldn’t take payment and then he threatened to call the authorities please boycott with me I don’t approve or condone this type of behavior Wed March 19 2025

Crafty Blunder
The service was very prompt and polite. The food hot and delicious. It was early morning so not alot of people but the lobby was clean. We used an electric coupon so the price wasn't too much and didn't feel judged for using it.

Good food, service, & tables all good but their serving counter top & accessories area needs to be wiped down more often, couple times a day. Dirty & sticky with food & drinks liquids. Who wants to sit their own food even if in bags or on trays & drInk on a counter surface all sticky.

Ordered 2 Pretzel Baconator combos for me and a friend. I had to pull up and wait a significant amount of time for my order to be brought out AND when I got back to my friend's place we realized they used regular buns on our burgers instead of the pretzel buns but when I called to inform them of their error they offered me a free large Frosty which is more than enough compensation as the burgers were pretty delicious and the fries a little above average for Wendy's.
That was all a single sentence! I'm proud of that.

Frequent long waits, not even just at peak times. They often have every single car in drive thru park to wait for their meal which is obviously a moronic practice to anyone with common sense. They also get our order wrong about as often as they get it right. Today there were only two people ahead of me on the drive through, and it took over 20 minutes to get my food AFTER ordering. Frostys are totally liquid, vehicle overheating from sitting.
