Emma is by far a phenomenal individual. Her and Andy!!! They were ON FIRE getting orders out, and customer service.
Emma not only greeted me, but she went above and beyond to assist me after being hung up on. Great multitasker!
Food was a 10/10
Customer service 10/10.

WAY TO EXPENSIVE for what you get. It took 28 minutes to get or order another 15 for the fries that we ordered. Our order had ok flavor. Next time I will keep driving.

There’s maybe around 2.5k Wingstop locations in the US, and Jacksonville, AR location is quite possibly the only store to NOT ACCEPT CASH. Yes, NO CASH AT ALL. Not any bills over $20, or $50 but completely zero cash. I’ve ate Wingstop for as long as I can remember and not once have I been denied food for paying with US currency. When asked about it, the manager had no explanation other than “it’s posted on the door and register.” Don’t bother wasting your time and head straight to NLR. Subpar food, average service, and NO CASH? Ridiculous.

How am I being charged 2 dollars for ranch dipping sauce. Not an extra one, but I was charged if I wanted one. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will not be giving my business to that Wingstop in Jacksonville Arkansas ever again. Lastly, they don’t have any forks. Smh

I'm not sure who the woman is but when I was in there yesterday there was someone working on a computer and then would go behind the registers and yell at the other employees. That makes for a TERRIBLE atmosphere as well as deters me from returning to that location ever. I drive to NLR going forward.

Food is okay but even if you order online if you're not a delivery order you'll wait for 20+ minutes. This has been an issue multiple times

I expect a wait on my food whenever I get food from here but tonight it took me over an hour to finally get all of my food from wing-stop. They gave me the complete wrong order to begin with and then once i finally got my order they forgot my ranch and I had already drove away so I had to turn around and go back for it.. in my opinion it should not ever be this hard or take this long to get a FAST food order.. isn't that the whole point it's supposed to be fast food. beyond disappointed with everyone who was working at the wing-stop in jacksonville tonight.

We had boneless wings and some the loaded fries. Quality and quantity were good, tenders stayed mostly crispy in the sauce. Cashier very friendly and helped us get everything figured out. Downside, one of the food delivery service drivers (not sure which one) came in and was clearly a regular pick up there. Loud, crass, back of house coming to her aid, joking with her, brought the entire atmosphere, and class, of the place down a couple of notches. Drink machine had nothing but diet drinks available. May have been a truck issue or ordering problems.

What’s the point of online ordering if you have to wait when you get there. I waited an additional 15 minutes after the latest purported finish time. I asked for well done fires and they were undercooked. My wings barely had any sauce on them. There was so little sauce I couldn’t tell the difference between the two flavors. I watched an employee handle trash and go back to food preparation. Honestly the worst wings stop experience I have had.

Don’t waste your time! We ordered the UFC Bundle online and when my husband walked in to get it NOT A WORD was spoken to him!! They just looked at him. He is white so I’m assuming that was the problem. When his order was up they did call his name but that was it the whole time. And if you think it was because he didn’t tip well you’re wrong because he did. But to make matters worse we got home 20 minutes away and part of our order was missing, there was not vegetables or ranch which was a part of the bundle. Needless to say we won’t be back even though this is the closest one to us. In the past we haven’t had issues with this location but it’s trash now
