Hands down the worst zaxbys I've ever been to . I went over my order with them 4 times and it was still wrong . The lady in the drive through slammed my drink into my hand almost breaking the cup . I asked for napkins and ketchup and she looked at me and said its in the bag . It was not in the bag and they forgot to put my fried pickles in it . I will never be back and I encourage you to spend your money somewhere else because the god awful service and terrible order accuracy
. The employees acted like I was putting them out just by ordering.

I walked in to an empty restaurant. I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes. Two employees walked passed me, looked at me, said nothing, and kept on walking.

I could see at least 3 employees in the back. One was standing around talking, another was drinking a drink, and I assume the third might have been working, I couldn't tell.

I'd love to rate their food, but with that amount of apathy I didn't want to risk it. I just turned around and left.

I recently placed an online order for pickup at this location, as I have done many times before. Upon arrival, I entered the lobby and informed the young lady with blue hair at the counter that I was there to pick up my order. Without any courtesy, she abruptly told me, “We’re closed, you have to pull around to the drive-thru,” despite the fact that I was already inside.

I politely asked if I could at least have my cups to make my drinks—something I had selected to do online when placing the order—but she ignored me entirely and walked away. Another younger gentleman behind the counter acknowledged me and began to hand me the cups, only for the young lady to stop him and reiterate that I needed to go through the drive-thru.

I remained in the lobby for a few minutes, hoping she might reconsider or at least acknowledge me, but she never did. Eventually, I returned to my car and pulled up to the drive-thru, where I waited at the speaker for several minutes with no response. I then drove up to the pickup window, only to be met with the same unprofessional and discourteous attitude from the same employee. After I received my order, she slammed the window and started screaming.

I’ve been a frequent customer at this location and have never had an experience quite like this. The behavior I encountered was completely unacceptable and lacked even the most basic level of customer service. Unfortunately, due to this incident, I will not be returning.

So I came in and ordered a Big Zac snack and I wanted my tenders tossed in sweet and spicy and I also asked for fresh fries. The young man at the counter pointed at the gentleman in the blue shirt and he let me know it was gonna be a 4 min wait on the fries and I'm like cool. Get home look in the bag and boom...My tenders not tossed so I call the store to let them know about the order and BOOM I CALL AT LEAST 7 TIMES IN A ROW AND NO ANSWER!! I KNOW THAT I HAVE A LONG DISTANCE NUMBER AND PEOPLE SOMETIME THINK IM A BILL COLLECTOR CALLING BUT NO ITS ME A VERY PISSED OFF CUSTOMER!! I WISH I COULD POST A SCREENSHOT OF HOW MANY TIMES I'VE CALLED AND NOBODY ANSWERS

Well lets see. We went through the drive through. All seemed ok. But we got our meals and all 3 boxes were in the box lopsided. Turned out the chicken was cold like its been just laying out wait to go out for anyone. My girls loaded fries were anything but loaded. More like just a big load of fries not much else. And we called about it manager said no problem they would even refund it. We drove back up there the next day to receive it and the manager gave us the run around saying that the manager the night before didn't write anything down. So now we are out even more $$ in gas and wear and tear on our ride all for nothing. Thanks so much. Sorriest restaurant i been around for a min.

We came in super late with both kids in tow. They were kind, courteous, and even gave us some treats for the kids. The place was immaculately clean and they even checked on us during our meal. Definitely not what I thought it was going to be in late night Jacksonville, AR. I'm still shocked. Good job Zaxbys.
