Delicious chicken piccata and oh-my-so-good Italian Marscapone cake. Service was good, too! This was a great stop for late lunch.

The waiter did fantastic, but the girl working the front counter and sitting people down clearly did not enjoy her job, it appeared she was trying to get people to leave by telling them there was long wait times, when in reality they weren't that busy.

Strongly do not recommend. Waited 25 minutes waited on the hostess to seat me, 5 open tables, no one waiting ahead of me and I was told an hour to hour and half wait. I have attempted to eat at this place now 5 times over the past year when visiting every single time there are open tables but given insane wait times.

Stopped here with a large group of friends for lunch. Service was great and food came out quickly even with our large group Everyone liked their food. Nice selection and fair prices. Tacos and burgers were a hit. Would go back.

I have the feeling this was an off day for them, which is why my review isn't any lower. The restaurant was about 2/3 full and getting seated was a near impossibility. There was no one at the door inside when we arrived and a group before us gave up and left after not being seated. We waited and finally a server got us a table. Unfortunately, getting service was difficult. It seemed that they were very short staffed as the two servers ran around. Our table wasn't waited on very often, which I understand except that we never received silverware or napkins. I finally got up and went to another empty table to retrieve some silverware and napkins. The food arrived and it was good. I just wish we had gotten the same attention that some of the nearby tables had gotten.

Sadens me to give this once ou.tstading gem a poor review. Went o halloween afternoon about 1 pm. Place was nearly empty. I ordered the 10 oz ribeye and the wife had chicken fried steak. My $30 steak was tough and without much flavor. The mashed potatoes we OK as was the salad, nothing special. Wife found her CFSteak bland, This with a water and a lemonade was $66 plus tax!!???!!? Wont be back and wont be surprised if the do not survive much longer-----sad.

Unique menu selections (not what I would've expected from a cafe in the middle of nowhere). I had the brisket tacos (delicious but extremely messy), husband had the chicken fried steak (very good), and we split the spinach artichoke (so yummy!) Recommend!
