August 2, 2025: some friends of mine and I specifically drove from Springfield, MO to Low Gap on Saturday to eat. When we pulled up, it looked deserted. It looks like it's been out of business for AWHILE! I had checked their website and it had indicated it was open until 8:00 p.m. Please correct me if I'm wrong. But by all overgrown outward appearances, this place is no longer in business.

My daughter and I stayed in the area last weekend for a girls trip at the Buffalo River. We stopped in for dinner, was greeted by the nicest server and had a wonderful dinner special of Prime Rib. It was enough to feed both of us and it was delicious. You can really tell they thrive on great customer service.

The food was very expensive. Wasn't really good at all. Then my husband was up most of the night puking. My brother in law stayed on the toilet for several hours after eating. My stomach hurt. We definitely won't be back.

I won’t lie, I was not expecting this kind of restaurant in the area. Solid offerings, and very tasty. I got the chicken fried steak, which I have been craving for our entire time in Arkansas and it was excellent, and my husband had a burger and fries which were the best we’ve had in months. Honestly, though, the standout was the service. Dawn was our waitress and I don’t think I’ve come across as friendly, helpful, and funny a server in quite a long time. Thank you, Dawn for making our experience incredibly positive!
