Great experience! They got my order wrong, and I didn't realize until I got home, so I went back up there to get it fixed, and they went above and beyond what was necessary to fix it! My husband and I were very impressed by the great customer service! 👏

My wife and I have been buying sonic for a long time in lake city. Every single time we go there they always messes up my orders, took a long time to get my meal where my food ends up cold. Probably the worst sonic I’ve dealt with around NEA. Don’t go there unless you don’t care about service and price

Everytime we come here they mess up the order every single time even if you don't customize anything. Order a Dr.pepper with easy sugar cookie and they put strawberries in it when I didn't ask for it. They also flooded the drink with so much syrup you couldn't even drink it. They will always mess up your food. If you can't make food or even a basic drink don't work at Sonic. This is ridiculous

Horrible experience here. Not what I ordered and we were the only ones there. No other people to place an order. No tomatoes that I paid extra money for and no sausage in the burrito. This place will not be visited by me again.

The car hops are always friendly. The food always leaves ya thinking it was alright,but for that price I could have done better cooking it myself. Taste like its been sitting waiting on you to press the red button and order. Just watch out if you say Mayo or mustard they glaub it on so overkill and ridiculous....
