My wife and I have been buying sonic for a long time in lake city. Every single time we go there they always messes up my orders, took a long time to get my meal where my food ends up cold. Probably the worst sonic I’ve dealt with around NEA. Don’t go there unless you don’t care about service and price

Everytime we come here they mess up the order every single time even if you don't customize anything. Order a Dr.pepper with easy sugar cookie and they put strawberries in it when I didn't ask for it. They also flooded the drink with so much syrup you couldn't even drink it. They will always mess up your food. If you can't make food or even a basic drink don't work at Sonic. This is ridiculous

Horrible experience here. Not what I ordered and we were the only ones there. No other people to place an order. No tomatoes that I paid extra money for and no sausage in the burrito. This place will not be visited by me again.

The car hops are always friendly. The food always leaves ya thinking it was alright,but for that price I could have done better cooking it myself. Taste like its been sitting waiting on you to press the red button and order. Just watch out if you say Mayo or mustard they glaub it on so overkill and ridiculous....

I usually don't post reviews online for any business but this has went down bad. Past 3 times food has been burnt wrong or both. needless 2 say I know they don't change there oil properly tater tots we're awful tasted like old I il thats all i could smell and taste, chicken strips were burnt, bacon was badly burned don't even see why they sent it out. Only thing wasn't bad was the drinks and our server she was good. But I didn't spend almost $20 just 2 not 2 be able 2 eat it bad when my dogs won't eat it.
I really dislike leaving bad reviews but this is the third time I’ve been to this sonic where I’ve waited 20* minutes and then they reset the screen and one of those being over 45 minutes because their credit card machine was down and after the 45 min they wanted me to go to the gas station next door get cash and come back and pay for the cold food. Tonight was the third strike I’m not going back to this location. We waited 15-20 minutes for our order nothing came and the screen resets. Then we can see inside the building right. Two or three teenagers are like rough housing or messing around. So I push the button and they ask if I want to order. So I told them I already ordered then they came outside and asked again if I wanted to order I said no I already ordered then he said hold on and went back inside to check. Instead of waiting another 20 minutes I waited 5 then left I won’t be coming back. The place is ran by kids with no manager or if there is one I’d be shocked. You can look at all my reviews I give great reviews this is one of the few negative reviews I’ve given and you completely deserve it. Don’t waste your time at this sonic if you’re hungry or value your time.

Took forever to get my food. Someone else's order was apparently still on my stall so someone left for a reason. My order was wrong and I had to ask for them to fix it, and the part I asked them to fix *fries* were cold. Over all horrible service.
