The Busy Bean Coffee-Lake City

Not very friendly staff. The coffee is not that great either. The chi is terrible. My ice white chocolate mocha was alright but the cold foam tasted curdled. Sorry but not going back.

I absolutely love the busy bean. The ladies near my home know my drink and always have it ready when they see me pull in. But here over the last several months, I've either had to go without or get something I don't really drink due to not having the flavors or cup size for my iced coffee. A lot of the drinks call for white chocolate, and toasted marshmallow. There have been more than 10 times in the last 3 months now, that they don't have the main flavors for my coffee. I can't even get my other drinks due to not having those flavors at all. I understand back orders and delays with getting trucks in with everything needed. But when you go almost every single day sometimes 2 and 3 times a day, and your favorite coffee place can't make your drinks, it is very upsetting. yes I understand I can go somewhere else, but i don't want to wait 45 minutes between the drive from my home to the next coffee shop further away to get my coffee. These ladies work hard everyday to make customers happy and they are unable to do so because of not getting their full inventory to make the drinks that are very popular with their customers. Which either causes them to lose money due to not being able to make anything else that the customer will like or cause the customer to not want to come back due to the shortages so much. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible, these flavors need to stay stocked and even back stocked as much as possible so these ladies can continue putting smiles on their customers faces and making money for the business. I do not like the other coffee places near or around where I live, so please keep The Busy Bean going with a full inventory to continue doing what they do absolutely best!!! Please and thank you!!!!!

Busy bean in lake city by 4:30 can't never get no one to make coffee when they close at 5 pm but the same girl always says she can't make it. Always same excuse.

Nonexistent customer support. I ordered through the app on a day they were closed, because the app told me they were open. Got charged, didn't get coffee, and I have reached out three times and gotten no response about a refund.

The best part of my day is stopping by for my coffee. Kylie always does an excellent job fixing my drink. Makes my day her greeting me with her friendly smile.

Shea and her team in Newport are the best! We recently moved from Virginia and the busy bean is the first place we went. We love the staff and the drinks are amazing we come at least twice a week. The girls are this location makes my new town feel like home. Everyone is always so nice and friendly and the girls work so hard! We love our Newport girls! Shea, Leah, and T are awesome! 🫶🏼

Went by this morning and Victoria made my drink! It was great!!

I come by every morning before work, the barista in the mornings, Victoria, has my order memorized and is always in a good mood and very sweet! Coffee is fantastic as well.

So I stopped by the Bono stand this morning and The coffee was good however the girl working the window was very rude, when I asked her if she could make something on the November menu in a hot coffee she said “I don’t know I haven’t made any of those” so I asked about a pumpkin chai and she said that’s only for cold drinks.. so I went with a snickerdoodle. Then I asked if there were any burritos and she said “no” She didn’t seem to even wanted to be there. Just not how I wanted to start my morning 🙃

Really love this place! They have a new manager now Victoria and shes doing so good! I just know shes gonna go far❤️

Cute little shipping container painted yellow shipping container painted like a bee. I had a hot turkey coffee and my husband had a cold brew one and it was great. My stepdaughter had a firecracker fizz. Two birthday cake pops which were delish. Total cost 28.09. l love supporting local business.
