Service was ok. Took way to long to get just two burgers. The food bar was very limited not much food but the food that was on it was hot and fresh . The rest rooms was really dirty and the toilet would not flush and no paper towels in the men's restroom. Not recommend. I'll not go back

Have eaten breakfast there twice. Was NOT impressed. We don't plan to eat here again. Will go next door to the arches.

I have to wonder if they will be closing in the near future. We took our children so they could try the monster burger. We decided to call ahead to order it only to be let down because they didn't have any buns. Deciding to go anyway, when ordering out drinks they were out of sprite and they only had can drinks. Then when we asked for dessert they offered us cake that was left over from lunch. The food was good but the overall experience was just ok.

Food was good. However, it took three times to order before they actually had something I ordered. Out of most everything. Waitress was great...

Had a quick and yummy meal on our way to Moro Bay State Park. Period. There were numerous police man eating so we thought it would be good and it was!

Superb local diner, known for fried chicken and catfish. Set price lunch buffet includes entrees, salad bar, side dishes, tea and dessert.

This was a bad idea. We were passing through and wanted breakfast and there were not many options. The bacon was good but my fried eggs look dirty. I hope it was the grill and they didn't scrub them on the floor. My husbands hash browns were greasy. We were the only customers, it was 10:45 so we were in between hours I guess. The waitress snickered when she sat our food down and that made me uncomfortable. When she brought me tea she says "here you go" and just like flopped it down. I WOULD NOT STOP again.

The toast on my club sandwich was burnt on one slice. Otherwise it was good. People were friendly. We were the only people in the place. The waitress and the owner both talked with us. There is a buffet but it wasnt open on the night we went. You have to really look for this place from the highway.

Wonderfully friendly staff. Great hot plate, as well as burger/sandwich selection. Can't recommend the fried shrimp plate, but fried fish is done well.

This place is fantastic!! The food tastes absolutely amazing and so fresh! I ate their squash, mashed potatoes (which are real) fall off the bone baked chicken, perfectly crispy coated and delicious fried fish! For dessert, I ate peach cobbler which was so delicious! everything was hot and fresh at lunch time on Sunday! I highly recommend everyone who is on a road trip traveling through lake village to give it a try! Well worth the stop!

We stopped while passing through. Food was good. Service was not good. Staff was friendly but did not have many menu items.

We just happened to notice their open sign and decided to try JJ's. We are so glad we did! It was clean. The employees are friendly and service oriented. Chatted with the owner. Best of all. . .the burgers, onion rings, and teas were terrific and not expensive. We are looking forward to trying other items on the menu.

The shrimp was awesome, not many people in the delta know how to cook seafood the right way. The ribs were off the chain. And the people were very friendly. This will be a regular outing for my family. We will be spreading the word about JJ's Lakeside Cafe.
