Went to McDonald's to order a mc rib got sandwich and got home it was awful it was loaded with BBQ sauce and it was on a hamburger bun and it was super rubber y like it was killed in a microwave 🥶 McDonald's is the worst in the state of AR.

Absolutely horrible experience. Only 2 of 4 people who ordered got the food. The food we got was way over done and burnt, the meat broken and shoved hazardly on the bun. My husband and other daughter didn't even receive their food after 40 minutes of waiting Inside the restaurant. Were told it was being worked on however 10 other people came and went with the exact same meal, just different drinks. Their orders weren't even started on until we were done waiting after 40 minutes. We got there when less than 2 people were there. No reason for 40 mins of a wait time. Terrible customer service, nothing was even said to us about waits or why it was taking so long. Very unsatisfied and do not recommend anyone waste their time.

Food under cooked service sucks and the people up there do not care about actually working or even trying to get your food right retzer should of owned this company it wouldn't be a slacking McDonald's.. honestly this one should be shut down they never hire good quality employees

I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and And some strawberry jelly but I never got this strawberry jelly once you drive away from the drive up window you're almost not gonna be getting your jelly if it's not in the bag My coffee was hot my orange juice was cold my hash Browns were very cold the sandwiches were fine Thank you for being there and giving me the opportunity to have a meal on the road but if you're hash Brown is cold don't pass it out the window to a customer throw it in the garbage and tell them they got a wait until you get some hot fresh hash browns.

Shut it down. This is the worst McDonald’s in Arkansas, maybe the country. Simple order - soda and fries. Got my order, went back to my car, realized there was no ice. Went back inside and asked for ice. “We don’t have any.” At no point was this mentioned when I ordered. When did it become standard to assume people won’t have a problem when they don’t get something they pay for? No offer of a refund, no apology for withholding information that definitely would have taken my business elsewhere. Just a shrug, “We don’t have any.” To top it off, fries were literally raw. I’d already left by the time I figured that out. I wish I could report this store to corporate, but without a receipt that isn’t possible. Ray Crock is rolling in his grave.

On a business trip, stopped primarily because I wanted food fast and consistent. Used the drive thru...ordered a big breakfast and the order taker even asked if I wanted jam...don't recall any location ever asking that question. There was some sort of an issue because I was directed to move forward so they could accommodate other customers. The food was brought to me and there wasn't any jam to be found??? The eggs looked like they were on the grill too long as they had brownish sear marks on them, sort of crispy. For fast food, make it fast and make it right.
Hair in ice cream. Staff incredibly rude. Do not stop here, if you can keep from it.

The service is super slow, this is the slowest mcdonald's I have ever been to. The fries were cold but the nuggets were fresh and hot. Couldn't get a kids meal because they didn't offer fries with it, questioning why fries Couldn't be offered. Sat in driver thru while 5 other cars went thru the other drive thru before we were even acknowledged, I would suggest going somewhere else to eat.
