On a business trip, stopped primarily because I wanted food fast and consistent. Used the drive thru...ordered a big breakfast and the order taker even asked if I wanted jam...don't recall any location ever asking that question. It depends on what crew is there. I go many times in the morning. If the normal morning crew is there, it's a fine experience. If the regulars aren't there, it's 30 minutes waiting with maybe 3 people in front of you. The evening shift after 9pm is horrible. It's literally 15 minutes per car.
Incredibly slow, but I assume it was more that the location doesn't pay well and screamed "nobody wants to work". I was second in the line and it took 30 minutes. The workers were very nice.
