Had the BBQ sampler platter and while everything was perfectly cooked, the meat had little to no flavor. It was juicy and fall apart tender but I am at a loss to explain how you can possibly smoke meat to that level of doneness and not have any smokey flavor. All I can really say about the BBQ was that it wasn't terrible. But in a town with outstanding food on every corner, I likely won't be back.

Great buffet and super pork steaks in their Leachville Restaurant but PITIFULLY INADEQUATE BBQ sandwiches at their MANILA FOOD TRAILER! “Jumbo bun” does not a “jumbo BBQ” sandwich make!!!Sweetheart of a gal attending the window: but 6 generic buns, each with less than 3 ounces of tasteless meat + unremarkable coleslaw @$39+ is a massive consumer rip-off. WE WON’T BE BACK AGAIN!

I ordered for pick up. They were friendly at the window and the food was sooo good.

The fried okra was on point and the chicken strip salad looked delicious. There were bugs on the picture frame in the dining area. No-fault of their own, but something to note for summer-there is large windows in the dining area and in the southern heat the air conditioning just couldn't keep up. They had fans to help.mitigate the problem. The men working outside didn't seem to be bothered at all.
Bbq wasn't very good . Was disappointed in the plate I got today.

We ordered a family pack of bbq. The meat smelled and tasted sour so we just threw it in the trash. It was absolutely disgusting. I'll never get food from there again.
