I do not know what is going on with this place. They are open for max 8 hours yet they also run out of things consistently. I dont know if its management not being able to hire more people to cover any other shift or if they just lost the hours because of corporate shenanigans, but this place is slowly crawling into a shallow grave if a change isn't made.Which is a shame, cause the quality of the food on a good day is spectacular, but that really does depend on who the worker is on shift.There's not much in Lincoln, this business barely has competition between the established two other restaurants and food truck, how low it has fallen.

Pizzas aren't very full of toppings, even if you get "extra' whatever it's skimpy to say the least. Service is ok, but they could do much better with toppings for the price you pay.Also why no delivery in Lincoln? Small town, delivery wouldn't be complicated at all, that's a shame.

They NEVER answer the phone & when they do they aren't very friendly. When you order the exact same items online it's a different price than when you call it in? Make sure you have an hour before you order.

Love Simple Simon's, they are always nice an make your pizza the way you want it .
Solid pizza and quick too! When I went in there was only one employee (didn't catch his name) and he was hustling! Taking orders, making pies, all with great customer service!

Web sight says open until 10 but if you try to order after 9:30, they say the kitchen is closed? Was going to make a big order, but I guess they don’t want my money? If you are open until 10 then be open until 10! I guess I’ll call dominoes

This is the best pizza place around, by far, in my opinion. The foods speaks for itself and the staff is laid back with good customer service and a well rounded environment for a family outing.
