What We Tried:
🍱 Lunch Box – Comes with rice, two proteins (we chose Hawaiian and Teriyaki chicken), and a corn medley. Both chicken options were flavorful and well-marinated — comforting and satisfying.
🥩 Steak (medium) – Cooked perfectly with garlic, butter, and add a touch of salt. Classic flavors done right — simple, savory, and delicious.
🥓 Korean Kalbi Beef – Tender, rich, and packed with layers of flavor. A definite must-try if you enjoy Korean BBQ-style meats.
Friendly staff, generous portions, and bold island flavors — we’ll definitely be coming back for more!

We were blown away by the food—honestly, it’s even better than what we had in Hawaii. While staying at the Air Force base, we found ourselves coming here at least three times a week. That’s how good it is!
Don’t let the simple presentation fool you—every bite is packed with flavor.

🍳 Loco Moco: juicy beef patty topped with an egg and rich gravy over rice—so satisfying!

Ruthie's was a fantastic surprise when I first arrived in Little Rock. I never expected such high quality island food in the middle of Arkansas. I came back each week for the Hawaiian fried chicken, pork belly, garlic green beans and mac salad (a staple!). The musubi and special dishes are really tasty too and worth a try!
Brought some friends here and they all agreed that this place is the real deal. The owners are great people and helped a lot when I catered through them! Ruthie's will always be a comfort food to me and I will genuinely miss it leaving Little Rock. Makes me wish there was a Ruthie's in each BX I go to!

Me and my wife recently ate there we are new to base . I had the HI chicken and beef stew my wife just had the snack plate beef stew . Our stomachs were so upset that night and we got sick . The green beans were amazing the rice was a little over cooked but manageable. The lady up at the front kinda acted irritated and hurried when I was asking her questions about this place.

Ruthie’s recently catered my retirement dinner and I couldn’t be happier with their food and service! The owner was fantastic to work with and extremely accommodating when I had to increase my order a week before the event. Everyone LOVED the food (Hawaiian Fried Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, Kalbi, Pancit, Green Beans, and Mac Salad) and those who normally don’t have access to base were very excited to find out that they will be opening a location in Cabot! I would definitely use Ruthie’s to cater an event again and will ALWAYS go back for more!!
