I tried the sweet tea today and it was awful. Was the Worst Tea I have ever tasted. I just wanted plain old southern sweet tea wasted $4.73 also there's no way to get ahold of 7 Brew to talk to them. That is the only reason I'm writing this review

I’m giving this location a 5 stars, solely because of MARY!!! Extremely sweet!!! Welcoming and just the most amazing customer service!!
Can’t say the same for Jade. Jade has taken my order 3 times now, and 3rd time wasn’t the charm.. I try for a smile each time, I hope for a “Hey how are you?” .. instead each time, I’m just asked for my number, and given my drinks without a “Thank you” or “Goodbye” .. Jade, I still thank you each time you bring us our order, and I tell you to have a good day. I’m not sure if it’s personal, or you need some encouragement, but please don’t make my trip out to get a treat after a long day, end up so miserable because of your service.
Today I was the only car there, you gave me two glances, before you went inside and played with a wet towel, before your co worker had you come out to take my order. I still greeted you after the wait, and you still demanded just my phone number. 🤦🏼♀️ girl. You have the opportunity to make somebody’s day & all JUST by showing a little kindness and greeting!
Ill be back, and I’ll keep showing you kindness until you reciprocate❤️

Listen, I am a first to say I love some 7 brew. But it is so frustrating that everytime I have to ask for light ice and then when I get my drink it is 3 quarters of the way full of ice. Maybe it's just me, but if someone is paying 8.00 for a drink plus a request for tip, they would get more than 7 sips out of their drink. I love you guys, but let's do better please.

Whenever yall get busy or even slightly busy yall mess up my drink. I don’t know if it’s who’s making it or yall have a rush which is understandable however I do pay for my drink to be right. I even asked one time who was making the drinks and I was told the manager and thankfully it was correct. I get the blue lagoon and the flavor is almost never consistent. Still love y’all though
