Great food, favorite is Razorback sushi and the atmosphere is great! Their pork dishes are very good and authentic. Their spicy dumplings are so delicious!! Server Bruno is caring and attentive, very quick on his feet. Will go back very soon!

They are usually pretty good with service but young lady that’s working up from this morning didn’t greet me I waited 15 mins at bar to order Togo food and still no service so I packed up my baby and things and left. They missed out on this 15 person order

I can't believe this place isn't packed/standing room only. Only had a few people on a Friday night. Little Rock your missing out!!! I live in DFW area and travel allot. This is in the class of “best ever!” Bruno was our server and was extensively knowledgeable about the menu and was able to answer our questions and make recommendations. We started with there Old fashioned made with Japanese whiskey and it was great. Our appetizer was the Crab Rangoons and they were perfect. I had the Spicy Crispy Fish. Menu has it as Spicy Crispy Chicken but mentions a fish substitute and was recommended by Bruno and it was amazing! My brother in law had the Boiled Fish and loved it! We finished the fried cheese cake and my brother in law had strawberry ice cream both were fabulous! Again I'm shocked by the quality of flavors/presentation and large portions that there isn't a long line to get in! What a hidden gem! Again outstanding! Thank you Bruno

We arrived 15 min prior...waited for host..he had a hand written list...he wanted to see my reservation..he saw it and checked us off...two other couples came in..never asked them for thier reservation he just said step a side. We waited almost 30 minutes up front..he sat the two other couples that came after us...then he realized he messed up and sat us, I heard him tell waitress that he screwed up and try to get to us..15 minutes no acknowledgment, no service. we got up to close our tab at bar. Bartender asked us how our food was..I told him we had no service other than from him at bar, no one came to us. He gave me my bill $47.85 for 4 drinks and said please hang on...I said I have been hamging on since 715 it is now 830! He gave us a hand wrotten note saying that this was a gift card for $50.....hamd written, no card?Just not one to honor reservations and perception was favoritism to two other couples just unprofessional how they handled everything. Drinks were expensive and skimpy at best for the price I paid.
Worst experience. 5 people on Valentine's Day. The restaurant was half full. Waited an hour on 3 drinks and only got 1 even though no one was at the bar. Food took almost 2 hrs.

Great place to eat, delicious fusion style food/ menu. We came in with at least 20 people and they were understaffed but that didn’t stop anything. The food came out great and the drinks were even better. The gentleman on the clock was a true professional and did a great job by himself.
I ordered my food online to be ready at eleven. I was late and walked in at 1118. They hadn't even started my order yet, as they hadn't yet checked the online portal to have seen it. They claimed it would be ready in ten minutes. It wasn't, and they offered no compensation or even an apology.I wouldn't go so far as to call them rude, but they certainly didn't care.Update. The manager just called and gave us a gift card for the full amount of the order and gave us an apology. Things happen, they've made it right.Parking: Unless you're lucky, you won't be parking on the same lot.

This is the 2nd time I have tried the Chenal location. The first time we dined in. The honey chicken was missing honey and the chicken was tough. I continued to hear great things and decided to give it another try. This time we did take out. I ordered the teriyaki chicken. The sauce was basically colored water. The chicken was bland. There was no flavor to the dish whatsoever. Then to add insult to injury, I paid cash for my order. My ticket was $41.07. I gave the cashier at the bar $45.00. She somehow assumed I didn’t need my change. I wasn’t in the mood to call her ridiculous behavior out so I allowed her to keep it. Needless to say I will not be patronizing this establishment ever again. For what they charge their food is extremely lacking.

Gui was amazing and very mannered. He greeted us with a smile, and was very promptful the entire time. The chicken, veggies and rice were so delicate and not too moist and also flavorful! I recommend everyone try them.

I've been coming to AW Lin's for over 8 years. My family and I absolutely love this spot - it's a must-visit destination for Asian cuisine in the Promenade. Every dish I've ever had has been delicious and the service is fantastic. I recommend trying the spicy scallion chicken and spicy crispy fish. They also have a lunch menu with several combo options. Additionally, I've tried many of their sushi rolls, which have been amazing. The ambiance inside is classy and refined. Overall, a great place to dine at in the Chenal area!
