Agasi 7: Rooftop Bar + Kitchen

Group of 4 and we visited last night, 11-1-24. Bar closes at midnight, we arrived at 1125. Yes I know it’s close to closing time, we only wanted a drink. We are staying at the hotel and our first time to visit the bar.

Arrived and was greeted by a nice gentleman. We wanted to grab a quick drink and see the outside. He told us it would probably be best to grab it at the bar and walk outside. He took us to the bar and told the bartender she had some customers. Her response was “no I don’t I am leaving soon.” He said we have an other bartender so have a seat. We sat down and a lady came and took our order. She then told us we would have to get it to go since it was last call. We decided we could go to our room and make a drink since we had to get it to go anyway. Told her we didn’t want the drinks and she told me she was starting to make them (she had a plastic cup and was standing at the beer spout about to pour one). Told her no we don’t want to stay, seems yall don’t want to serve us since is so close to closing. Then the lady they didn’t eat new customers chimed in saying how it’s last call for everyone “buddy”.

We left without another word as she was still mouthing. We were in the elevator and going to our room at 1133.

Now I understand last call and closing time. But 35 minutes prior to closing time is not closing time. And a to go drink in a plastic cup. Not this guy. I will take my money elsewhere. Plenty of options. From the reviews it seems to be common.

We chose the Hilton Garden Inn because of the rooftop bar. I should have believed the reviews.

We came out for drinks and enjoyed watching the sunset over the skyline. Kyle was wonderful at taking care of our group and recommending drinks. The fire pit was a prefect touch as the evening cooled off.

I was here with my friends today for dinner, and my experience was not as expected. The food was awful and overly sour, and the drinks were not good at all. I ordered mocktails, and they were too sweet. After finishing the first flavor, I thought the second one would be better, but it was even worse. I asked not to add sugar, yet they added a lot more.

Besides the food, the server was very disrespectful. We hadn’t finished our drinks/ meals but she handed a to go box without us asking. We certainly wouldn't take out food that was so awful which we couldn't finish at the first place because of its terrible sour taste. Also, when we asked if we could stay after paying, she said, “You have eight minutes,” in a very rude tone. Even if the restaurant was about to be closed, she could have said in a polite tone. She seemed to hate us and spoke rudely, asking us to pick up trash and do everything ourselves. I don’t know if she is bad with every customers or it was just us whom she treated so badly. I understand that she might have been tired, but this is not a good way to treat customers. My friends and I tried hard to stay calm to avoid any chaos, but I wouldn’t recommend spending money here. We spent around $200, and it was not worth it at all. Perhaps the mandatory gratuity tip affected the service. The only good thing about this place was the view. Overall experience was extremely disappointing, was there to enjoy my time with friends but returned home in a bad mood.

Food was horrendous, horrible and absolutely disgusting. We ordered chicken wings and got vinegar soaked chicken plate. Service lady's attitude was kind of weird. As a whole the place is not a good choice if you're looking for some good food and service. But if you're looking for some place to drink along with your friends, it's a good ambience. The downtown skyline view of Little Rock is pretty amazing but the soup of the place is missing some how. Disappointed by the experience as a whole !

We waited 15 minutes to get seated then waited 10 minutes at the table and still no one greeted us

Very unprofessional. They allow guest to make out while eating. Poor communication. We made a reservation for 9:30 and after waiting 20 minutes, they proceed to tell us that 80% of our party has to be here before seating. When we were finally seated, there was no server to take our order.

This is one of the perks to staying at the Hilton Garden Inn, Downtown in Little Rock Arkansas! THE VIEW OF THE NIGHT SKY MAKES THIS PLACE AMAZING! Come and check them out!

Place was a bit pricey but our waiter was outstanding! The quesadilla was theeeee best we've ever had! Spring rolls were pretty tasty too!

The place has a neat atmosphere but the service was slow and unwelcoming. I tried coming two days and both were disappointing.

To cost of the drinks is one thing but the food prices with the quality/quantity of what you get is horrible.

Visited for drinks. Stunning views, but the service was terrible even though the place wasn’t busy. The staff couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge customers. To add salt to the wound, the cocktails were subpar, and a 20% service charge is automatically added.

Trust me, this place is not worth your time.

Their service was awful! And a mandatory 20% gratuity?!? My friend and I went to get some drinks, I'm not the picky type just like to get what I paid for. I order scotch neat and she didn't fill the jigger. And when I asked about getting the correct pour she got an attitude with me. I'm like dang I would just like what I paid for?!? Then comes the mandatory 20% on top of bad service I was over it, we took off. Which sucks cause I really wanted to stay there and enjoy the view.
