It is a unique atmosphere, but they have a very young staff that is more intent on joking around and playing on their phones then doing much of anything else. The food is subpar at best. My son's Burger very much so had a burnt chard taste like it was cooked on a grill that was not fully clean. The chips that came with the Pita wrap ? were obviously stale and a few days old. The sweet chili shrimp was good however there was so much pepper put on the broccoli you could not even eat it, when I sent it back it came back with zero seasoning, so you either get one or the other too much or not any at all. Disappointed not going back. Son's birthday was not a win ?Kid-friendliness: Little kids would love this place and be happy.

First time visitors! When we arrived we wasn't greeted so I automatically assumed everything about this place would be trash. I'm huge on customer service. But he apologized for that. He was very respectful. We ordered food came out on this train which the kids absolutely loved. The food was hot and very very good...as my kids said "dad this food slappin" ? ? #WeWillBeback

This restaurant could be great. My kids loved the trains and the food was decent. Our issue was the cleanliness of the restaurant- a drink had been spilled under our table and into the walkway before we sat and was never cleaned up, the grey trays that deliver the food were visibly dirty, and a kid-friendly place should probably use individually wrapped utensils instead of having a big open box for hands to dig through.

It sucked honestly that the food I got was mediocre and overly greasy. The service was ok he really didn't have almost any manners. The atmosphere was heavily busy.

Our family of 8 got here about 7:20. The kid working the register needs improvement with his manners. The only 2 tables big enough for our family were both dirty. The high chairs had stuff caked on them. Honestly, the whole place looked like it needed a deep cleaning. The portions should all be kid sizes. My husband got a double cheeseburger with fries and it could literally fit in the palm of my hand without overhang. I got the char chicken salad, you couldn’t even tell the chicken from the lettuce it was so bland. The kids had fun watching the trains but, in mine and my husband’s opinion that was the only good thing.
