I am disable and this was my first time visiting the shop on 11/24/25. I didn't know about they menu. I ordered a dozen of glaze donuts and 2 orange juice. The youngman just throw everything on the counter for me to get. I walk with a cane. It didn't put anything in a bag and he wasn't very nice. There was a young lady from MALVERN there and she told him to put her order on hold until she helped me. She walked me to the car and opened and closed my door. I will not ever buy doughnuts her again. I appreciate her help no

Standard donut shop that, on most days, is good quality, quick, and inexpensive. They stay very busy in the mornings, and there is always a line. Randomly, you will arrive at a “normal” time (for example, our most recent visit at 8:00 on a Saturday), and they will have almost no options - our last experience, they didn’t say they just ran out, would have more later, etc, just that they didn’t have the first 2 types of donuts we ordered. There is a male employee who consistently looks and acts frazzled as if he is upset that you’re there to order food, but the female employee who usually works with him is friendly and helpful. Overall, if you need donuts, this is a solid option. While we prefer the location off Markham due to the friendly service and variety of options, this one is pretty standard.

Ive ordered from here before and it tasted fine, so I decided to order from here again. BIG mistake. My boyfriend had the sausage croissant and it made him really sick. The egg tasted funny and smelled weird, come to find out the egg was expired. NEVER again!
