I’ve been coming to this location for a couple years now. When it gets close to closing time even an hour prior, I used to get the worst treatment & the food absolutely sucked. I work nights so I come here often around 9-10pm. The past month I think they have hired new staff because they have been so friendly and the food has been what I am used to & the reason why I love Arby’s! Fast food isn’t always great and this location has been awful for awhile but I have seen a change in them recently. Keep up the good work!

I walked into the store to pick up my mobile order. I was confronted with a staff who said they didn’t receive the order. After looking at the order and confirmation, they began to make the order. I go the restroom and come out only to be told my a fat manager named Sherman, after wondering why everyone had stopped working and was standing around, that I wouldn’t be getting anything because they didn’t have a ticket. When I called support and they informed him that the order was valid and if he needed to confirm it, he should call his merchant support hotline. He says he called his manager who said he can’t do anything for me and so now they have my money and I can’t get my food. Even with the process being given to him from their own support, he decided that he didn’t want to follow that and in turn, says he only has to do what his manager who he called on his personal phone says. Yet the food is made and on the counter only for him to be a jerk and not give it to me. Never come here.

The chicken salad sandwich is off the summer menu for 2023. We pick up sandwiches here and often. They often have the Jamoca machine running which one reason we come back. They also the lite lemonade. If you like Arby’s this is one of the better ones. The people are always very nice.

Out of town working and Arby's happened to be one of few restaurants opened! Got food received only part of order! Returned to restaurant and had to wait on line to get french fries! Order is now cold and I wanted a refund! The manager tells me 10 minutes to get a refund with no customers! Absolutely do not visit this location! Customers service is nonexistent! I should have not to go explain that food was cold after waiting 15 minutes to get back to window!
