Andre’a was a sweetheart tonight. This is the first time in a very long time that any fast food drive-thru has been so friendly and the food was great. They were very short handed tonight, 2 employees and super busy. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Food horrible! They just opened back up from a remodeling. I ordered a beef n cheddar. Only one side had the cheddar. Dry sandwich! I had to go back because my fries were cold and most of them were crumbs! I normally don’t say anything or complain but I am sick of paying high prices for food for it to be horrible! They could have just stayed closed for this service!

Okay, I do want to very highly commend the staff from yesterday (3/18/25), specifically Tyeisha and John. Tyeisha helped me and my Dad make our food selection, recommended a few things, took the time to answer our questions, not once got upset or worried, and even found a mistake (I wanted Curly fries and was going to be given Crinkle fries). She made sure we got everything we ordered and she did it in great time. John, as well, was quick in making our food and despite that one tiny mistake he did an excellent job and was also very polite and professional. Major, Major Kudos!!! Please tell these people thank you, Corporate! They made us very interested in eating there again soon (in fact, we bought extra Arby Q's).

We took my mother to the airport, stopped here to grab me something to eat and use the restroom at 930am(which are opening hours) sat in parking lot for well over 15 waiting on someone to open the door. It appeared Noone was even there. So went to Tacobell next door, where the atmosphere was perfect the workers where friendly and kind. Maybe you should hire a new manager or at least post a sign on the door.

I placed an online order around 8:15pm on a Saturday night. When I went to pick it up at around 8:30pm that same night, they were closed. They told me I needed to cancel my order because they couldn't do it. Their posted hours said they don't close until 11pm. So now I'm waiting for their online customer service to respond to my request for a refund because this store closed early. This was way more trouble than it should have been.

I only leave 1 star because leaving zero stars isn’t an option. The inside of the restaurant was closed in the middle of the day for no apparent reason. We were the only customers in line in the drive thru and the employee working the drive thru acted as though he absolutely hated his job. He was rude, disrespectful, and should have been sent home. As a business owner, if my employees spoke to my customers the way he spoke to me, I would absolutely fire him.
