We took my mother to the airport, stopped here to grab me something to eat and use the restroom at 930am(which are opening hours) sat in parking lot for well over 15 waiting on someone to open the door. It appeared Noone was even there. So went to Tacobell next door, where the atmosphere was perfect the workers where friendly and kind. Maybe you should hire a new manager or at least post a sign on the door.

I placed an online order around 8:15pm on a Saturday night. When I went to pick it up at around 8:30pm that same night, they were closed. They told me I needed to cancel my order because they couldn't do it. Their posted hours said they don't close until 11pm. So now I'm waiting for their online customer service to respond to my request for a refund because this store closed early. This was way more trouble than it should have been.

I only leave 1 star because leaving zero stars isn’t an option. The inside of the restaurant was closed in the middle of the day for no apparent reason. We were the only customers in line in the drive thru and the employee working the drive thru acted as though he absolutely hated his job. He was rude, disrespectful, and should have been sent home. As a business owner, if my employees spoke to my customers the way he spoke to me, I would absolutely fire him.
Seem like tha food is always prepared real tacky & taste horrible,like tha workers hate they job at this location.

My order has NEVER been correct every single time I come to eat here. It isn't difficult to follow basic instructions on how the consumer wants the food, they are paying for, to be prepared.

Ordered 2 roast beef sandwich meals and requested they be sliced very thin. They were extra thick and didn't taste right. Had to ask for my drinks as the employees stood around for several minutes in the kitchen, completely ignoring me and the fact that I was still waiting on the other part of my meal. Very disappointed.
Great experience & food hot, fresh, & as ordered. Cashier was above & beyond average friendly service.

Went through the drive thru after a full day of driving. The food was great for the most part. We ordered two beef and cheddars., they were both missing the red sauce. Not a deal breaker but they were a little dry. The biggest issue was the gentleman working the drive thru, Broderick. He seemed as though he had 0 interest in being at work. Had 0 personality in his voice and seemed annoyed to be taking our order. We arrived about an hour before their listed closing time. No idea what his problem was.
