Andre’a was a sweetheart tonight. This is the first time in a very long time that any fast food drive-thru has been so friendly and the food was great. They were very short handed tonight, 2 employees and super busy. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
Okay, I do want to very highly commend the staff from yesterday (3/18/25), specifically Tyeisha and John. Tyeisha helped me and my Dad make our food selection, recommended a few things, took the time to answer our questions, not once got upset or worried, and even found a mistake (I wanted Curly fries and was going to be given Crinkle fries). She made sure we got everything we ordered and she did it in great time. John, as well, was quick in making our food and despite that one...
Went through the drive thru after a full day of driving. The food was great for the most part. We ordered two beef and cheddars., they were both missing the red sauce. Not a deal breaker but they were a little dry. The biggest issue was the gentleman working the drive thru, Broderick. He seemed as though he had 0 interest in being at work. Had 0 personality in his voice and seemed annoyed to be taking our order. We arrived about an hour before their listed closing time. No idea...
