Placed an online pickup order at 8:50 on Friday 10/11 and go to pick it up and all the lights are off and nobody to give me my order. Guess they decided that they were done for the night? Trying to at least get a refund but not sure how since they don't answer the phone either.

I’m not an Arby’s fan but I have gotten the brisket sandwich in the past. Stopped to get a brisket sandwich for lunch since I was passing by and it was nothing like it use to be. Not sure what I spent $8 on and that was the sandwich only. There use to be so much meat and it was so tender. This looked horrible and the taste was even worse. Don’t waste your money. So disappointed.
Aug.7th,2024 at 8 p.m., c.s.t.: Ordered large?'s with ""no salt""...got back cold?'s ?LOADED WITH PHUCKIN' SALT???. I even had the lil young black chic repeat the order 3 times to ensure there would be no salt on the fries. ?I have to wonder...was this on purpose?? THIS is what I pulled up & waited for??? REALLY PEOPLE???!!! This is BEYOND RIDIC??

Arby's will always have the meats. You can get two chicken sandwiches for $7.50, or try the chicken sliders. Potato cakes are pretty tasty. But I'm not the true Arby's connoisseur, there are those who can direct you to where the real sandwiches are, I'm a real big fan of crispy chicken sandwiches and they have some good ones with a bogo.
