It was clean and I felt like the order taker listened well and my order was correct. But it’s fast food, so next time will probably be a toss up. I say it’s above average fast food.

Never met such rude people, the food I ordered, I just trashed it. Fries cold, nuggets cold. It was to go, so too much to go back. I mean, if you have to be at work, why not be nice and try to enjoy. I didn't do anything to you, from the get-go just so rude for zero reason. Don't take your hate for your job out on me. Never be back.

Lazy people keep the lobby closed with a sign saying drive through only 🙄 like folks that have big work trucks can go though it.....covid isnt a thing anymore sorry yall hate cleaning the lobby but that YOUR JOB get it together and quit being lazy cause thats exactly what it is im in this area alot so I guess what burger will get my business from now on

Today at noon on a Tuesday the lobby door for dine in was locked. No signs or anything just locked doors at lunchtime. I guess they do not want dine in business. That’s ok I will just dine in at nearby Taco Bell. Incredible!

Went through the drive through and my fault, I didn’t check the order before I left. Ordered the French Dip combo and other items. I got the beef dip but no sandwich. Had to drive all the way back to get it, they had left it on the counter. Didn’t even make me a fresh one. By the time I got back home, the sandwich was cold and stale as well as the fries. Won’t be back.

Tried to pay with cash that had a small rip and the two young ladies working the window/front of the store rudely ask to pay with card, then yell that the safe won’t take the bill, and make me pay with card, I sighed and give my card and then they take it, switch girls and tell HAVE NICE DAY and didn’t even give the full order and proceed to yell again after I finally get my card and drinks, terrible people who should not be working in customer service
