Went to this location and ordered jamocha shakes. They gave us apple pie shakes. We noticed they were wrong and asked nicely to have them replaced, because things happen ya know? Well, they refused insisting there was nothing wrong with them, giving us an attitude and shutting the conversation down. Jamocha and apple pie are nothing alike. Like I’m no food critic but come on. It’d be one thing if we ordered something and didn’t like it, that would be on us, but we didn’t order that. If I could give a zero star review I would. Go to any of the other Arby’s in LR. They’re better - you actually get what you order with better customer service :(

The people that were working here for lunch today need a lesson in customer service. Ordered a large drink and got a medium. Ordered a large fry and it was half full. Received eye rolls every time I said something. Definitely go to a different location.

My sandwich was cold and asked to heat it up or expecting for them to prepare a new one and they refused. Wanted to use the coupon for a free shake and presented the receipt with our current purchase. They said we would have to make another purchase refusing to honor the coupon. Staff moved so slow and had a terrible attitude. I will not go there again. Very disappointing.

Never met such rude people, the food I ordered, I just trashed it. Fries cold, nuggets cold. It was to go, so too much to go back. I mean, if you have to be at work, why not be nice and try to enjoy. I didn't do anything to you, from the get-go just so rude for zero reason. Don't take your hate for your job out on me. Never be back.

Lazy people keep the lobby closed with a sign saying drive through only 🙄 like folks that have big work trucks can go though it.....covid isnt a thing anymore sorry yall hate cleaning the lobby but that YOUR JOB get it together and quit being lazy cause thats exactly what it is im in this area alot so I guess what burger will get my business from now on
Today at noon on a Tuesday the lobby door for dine in was locked. No signs or anything just locked doors at lunchtime. I guess they do not want dine in business. That’s ok I will just dine in at nearby Taco Bell. Incredible!

Went through the drive through and my fault, I didn’t check the order before I left. Ordered the French Dip combo and other items. I got the beef dip but no sandwich. Had to drive all the way back to get it, they had left it on the counter. Didn’t even make me a fresh one. By the time I got back home, the sandwich was cold and stale as well as the fries. Won’t be back.
