I came through today and a sweet woman by the name of Kiosha was helping me in the drive-thru window. Kiosha was soooo sweet and incredibly friendly paired w very knowledgeable about the food and beverages. She went above and beyond to make my experience personable and memorable. If she gets to see this review I hope she knows how much a sweet soul she is and how a beautiful smile can set the tone of the day. We need more people like Kiosha! She's a keeper! May God continue to bless her ?

The meal was fine. My only complaint is the double beef & cheddar looks more like extra single than double. Like there's no way that was double beef or cheese. Maybe double onions in the bun? Who knows. ?

Fun place and Kim and her 2 person crew were fast and efficient getting our meal together. Except for a Jamoca Shake. The machine is still busted.
It really shouldn’t be this hard to get your order right. Overcharge and under-deliver.For example, my most recent trip was at 7:30pm. Drive through was empty and I placed my order for a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich. I asked if I could substitute the Swiss cheese for American cheese and the lady confirmed this was not a problem. They asked if I wanted my receipt and sure enough the receipt shows the substitution. They made sure to charge me .75 cents for an extra piece of cheese even though it was a substitution. Got home to find that they didn’t even substitute it. In fact they charged me extra for the sandwich with Swiss cheese.Even worse, the sandwich looked terrible and tasted even worse- there was copious amounts of honey mustard lathered on the sandwich and after one bite I’m fairly confident it wasn’t actually honey mustard or something was very wrong with it. This is the first time I’ve had to throw my entire meal in the trash. Do yourself a favor and pick another place or eat a bologna sandwich at home.

I stopped coming here for over a year due to horrible experience.. I recently started coming back about every other day for the last month and I MUST say things have changed staff Is really nice food is always hot and fresh & any problems I’ve had with the app not working for promos they’ve kindly just keyed everything in and honored it .. I love Arby’s and live less then 5 minutes from here so I’m so glad things have turned around for the better

Warning ⚠️ they will happily send you on your way with nothing to dip your mozzarella sticks in!!! It’s unbelievable how many times I’ve had it happen at this location!! Look in your bag!! I had to reverse back to the drive-through window today, and they completely ignored me, even when I finally started honking she wouldn’t look back at me. I had to call the store just to get someone to give me my freaking marinara sauce. I’m not leaving 1 star cause those mozzarella sticks were BUSSIN today.Treat others how you want to be treated whenever you order mozzarella sticks for yourself ? karma js

I went through the drive-thru and didn't realize until I was already on the road that my fries were burnt to a crisp. Whoever put the fries in the bag knew that they were inedible.

Update: no beef is served after 8:30. We were told tonight when we arrived a little after 9:00.Pevious review:Staff is always nice and did is always hot. Don't go between 11:30-1 as lunch crowd inside and out (drivethru) is large.
The first thing i noticed was that no employees were wearing hair nets or hats. One employee had hair down to her ankles. The manager didn't really seem to keen on being at work. Only asked if i wanted medium or large. Didnt ask if i wanted curly frys or if i wanted wings tossed in a sauce. One employee was wearing crocs at the grill station. No gloves on any of the employees. Had employees leaving work threw the front instead of the rear of the building. Sause station was a mess. Thankfully, they got the order correctly.
