The food was excellent. The only real complaint we had was the service was very poor from our actual waitress. There was an older gentleman with a beard that I wish we would have gotten but he was the only reason I would consider coming back. Our waitress spent the whole time talking to one table and everyone else that worked there checked on us and ended up taking care of us. The food was good and the atmosphere can be good if you get the right table. It was disappointing since we’ve had good experiences in the past.

Please remove the fragrances! So many of us have allergies. Your food is perfect, just let the aroma of your great entrees stand on their own. We were completely overwhelmed in the restrooms and at the front door, but even the fragrance at our table was bad

Pricey but worth it. My wife and I enjoyed our 47th anniversary at Arthur’s. We had the Chateaubriand which came with 2 sides. We got Brussels sprouts and mashed sweet potatoes. Our server brought complementary crème brûlée to celebrate our anniversary. Nice touch.
