When you call your friends as you’re leaving a restaurant to describe the most wonderful experience we’ve had in Little Rock so far, you know it’s worth leaving a review about. From our server, Soufiane, who made us feel comfortable from the moment we sat down, to the gentleman on the piano who greeted us before he started playing, then the owner checking on us and the quality of food, and ending with the wait staff opening the door as we left- truly a 5 star experience. I will be thinking about that delicious steak filet and dark chocolate creme brûlée for several days to come.

The food is wonderful, similar to any top end, well run steakhouse. But the service and ambiance is truly exceptional. All staff is so warm and friendly. Owner checked in with us twice at our table and was so gracious. A warm welcome message from the kitchen for dessert.The ambiance is high ceilings, amazing, eclectic lighting, setting the mood for a wonderful evening with family and friends. And as top end steakhouses go, menu prices are of good value. No gouging here.We loved Arthur's and will be returning each time we are in Little Rock.

We go to Arthur’s very often. But last night we had reservations at 9:30, got there maybe 9:35ish. The lady at the front desk body language and facial expressions were very off putting and rude.

I’ve never written a review in my life but after visiting this so called fine dining restaurant I had to give my input. Wile standing at the front desk to be seated the host literally sat the people standing behind me and was extremely rude when I asked why we were skipped. All of the entrees were delivered without any side and the sides never came. I would say this is probably hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant. When I asked the waiter about my sides he laughed and said oh I guess I forgot.

I’ve been to this great restaurant 3 times and the third time being on 3/9/24 this time we ate in the wine cellar room. Our waiter filled our water glass and never ask if we wanted anything to drink, then he never brought bread, after sitting for 15 to 20 minutes, I watched as he walked around looking busy finally came to take our order and the first thing we ordered was salads which we never got, then when I got my entrees , my side dish was completely cold and had never been heated at all, I ask if it was supposed to be served cold and he went and got some more that was obviously heated up in a microwave. I love this place but the server wasn’t on his A game this time.

This place is truly special! The food is exquisite. My favorite sides are the creamed spinach and sweet potato casserole. If my server told me they picked the spinach that day, I would believe her! That's how fresh the food tastes. I can tell the only use the best ingredients. The bar service is always excellent. The drinks are great. You definitely get your what you pay for as I'm convinced Mr. Randy makes the best drinks in town! Amanda provides excellent table service and always makes our time at Arthur's special. Everyone there is always so nice. The ambiance gives "classic fine dining" with extra razzle dazzle.Vegetarian options: Great salads
Very good steakhouse. I particularly like the aged ribeye. Ordered medium. It was perfect. The portion size was bigger than I thought. Much like 10 to 12 oz. Also tried the dark chocolate cream brulee. Love it. Not too sweet and very rich in chocolate. The steak is not cheap but it is worth the money. Will definitely go back if there is another special event for celebration. The environment is perfect. The owner came and took care of us twice. The server Jonathan was very nice. A side note: every one there was in some sort of formal dressing.
