Service was great!! Food is always fresh. Overall just a great experience here. I recommend the pepperoni nuggets with ranch and blue razz berry lemonade to all of my coworkers! 10/10

I don’t know who needs to hear this but the man working the front on Dec 28 2024 around 2 pm was the rudest person I’ve dealt with in service. There is no need to act so rude when I’m just trying to get a pretzel. I understand working there must not be the best but that wasn’t caused by me and that man needs to have consequences to his actions. I will never go there again.

Wanted a quick treat so we stopped for some pretzels. There were 5 people working yet the pretzels didn't taste like they were just made? Also, they won't do a refill unless you purchase an entirely new drink - who in the world still does this?

I ordered online and then had to wait for my food because it wasn't ready. I was very disappointed in the lack of accountability in this store as declined in quality

Park pPlaza Mall: Male cashier barely spoke up and a lady behind kept answering my questions for him. Her voice was dry and methodical. Poor service!! I wish if people in customer service don't like their jobs, just do something different. No one made you apply and work here. Geesh. ?

Customer service is severely lacking. We asked for a cup to go with the $2.49 bottle of water we purchased for our two year old. The worker was incredibly rude and told my husband multiple times “we don’t give out cups” even when he said it was for a two year old and we had purchased two pretzels and mini dogs. I find it very frustrating that we spent $25 here and the lady was so rude.

For the bad reviews that you people left, y’all have to realize how it is working with customers. Y’all expect too much, workers are human just like you. Y’all have to realize that they are not going to make something fresh at your demand if they have something in the case that has only been out of the oven 5-10 minutes. Suck it up and go purchase yours items else where. CUSTOMERS ALSO HAVE YO RESPECT COMPANY POLICIES!!!!!!! If they say that they’re not allowed to do a certain task that you ask of them, don’t question why just. It’s a difference between having good customer service and working with stupid and ignorant a** customers. Because adding “extra” butter makes no difference in the taste and it’s a waste of time. Coming up to the register not knowing what u want and there is a long line is a waste of time, just step over to the side and figure it out. STOP ASKING HOW MUCH SOMETHING IS AND LOOK AT THE MENU BOARD!!!!!! And if it’s not on display then don’t ask for it cuz it’s obviously not there.

Then they put their heads together as if they were saying some thing about me. All i asked if the pretzels were fairly fresh and if i could get a little extra butter on them. I guess they didn’t like that!. As i walked away i looked back and the server Megan B was just staring at me. That’s a shame that you have to be treated like that. My first and last trip there.

My mother stopped by this establishment yesterday for pretzel nuggets and a lemonade. The girl with the orange/redish hair was very friendly but the boy working the counter has an horrible attitude. He told my mom that they were out of the pretzel nuggets and we preceded to leave then the lady said “I am about to drop fresh one’s, I just told him that” yet the message wasn’t relayed to us. Overall, 1/5, the young man had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in customer service.
