I came to this location with little hope. When I went to Park Plaza, the location there told me this store was the worst one out of all the ones around. Told me to be clear of McCain mall too, and only come to them. However, I went there today while shopping at the outlet and was greeted very friendly And immediately was attended to. The manager made sure I bought fresh food and even let me customize my order mixing flavors in the lemonade. I’m not going to lie, the pretzels look better at this location than Park Plaza. And man that cinnamon smell is to die for. Five star all the way around. Shame on the park plaza location for talking down on such good people. Won’t be going there anytime soon.

They never have anything and what they have is always burnt, tough, and not fresh. The customer service gets worse. I've tried to give them chances because everyone has a bad day but this location and it's employees are hands down the worst. Don't waste your time or you money and if you do keep your expectations extremely low.

The extremely long line that was wrapped around the building was moving surprisingly fast. Once I got inside I saw that it was clean and smelled amazing. The workers were very pleasant and the food was fresh and made very well. The food was warm and a perfect pretzel shape and size. I had a very good experience. Even the glass display was clean although children were leaning against it. The workers were so professional even though they were working non-stop they still greeted everyone. It was a very pleasant experience. I wish I took a photo of my perfect pretzel...

I visited this store recently like around 4:20 and was shocked by how hot it was inside. The heat was overwhelming, especially with the ovens running. It was uncomfortable just shopping there I can’t imagine how the employees feel having to work in those conditions. It didn’t seem safe or fair, and it really affected my overall experience. I hope the management considers improving ventilation or air conditioning for both customers and staff.
