I came to this location with little hope. When I went to Park Plaza, the location there told me this store was the worst one out of all the ones around. Told me to be clear of McCain mall too, and only come to them. However, I went there today while shopping at the outlet and was greeted very friendly And immediately was attended to. The manager made sure I bought fresh food and even let me customize my order mixing flavors in the lemonade. I’m not going to lie, the pretzels...

The extremely long line that was wrapped around the building was moving surprisingly fast. Once I got inside I saw that it was clean and smelled amazing. The workers were very pleasant and the food was fresh and made very well. The food was warm and a perfect pretzel shape and size. I had a very good experience. Even the glass display was clean although children were leaning against it. The workers were so professional even though they were working non-stop they still greeted...

I had the pleasure of visiting Auntie Annie's on April 12, 2025, and I just had to share my experience! The service from the night team was exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was not only friendly but also genuinely eager to help. Their pleasant demeanor made my visit all the more enjoyable.
