The staff are really friendly, but the service, food, and atmosphere were not what I expected. I’ve been there several times, and most of the time, it smells like dog poop and pee everywhere. I understand it’s a place where you can bring your pup, but they should keep it clean at all times, especially when serving food. I also canceled my membership due to moving, but I still got charged. I contacted them to fix it, but after two months, I was charged again. They claimed they refunded me, but I haven’t received anything.

It's a great place even on a rainy day to let your puppy burn off some energy and play with random friends. Unfortunately I have canceled my membership after my dog was attacked twice in 30 minutes by the same dog and the employees seem to not have a problem with this.

I've been going to Bark Bar for 2 months. Apollo is still a young puppy at 6 months old incredibly friendly and loves everyone. however tonight as soon as we walked in a dog attacked Apollo. that isn't where it ended 30 minutes later the same dog attacked my dog again I will not be returning
