Everyone is really nice and professional. My only complaint is in the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. It’s made differently on days. Some days it’s just vanilla ice cream and chocolate chip cookie dough chunks. Other days it’s made with vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips and then cookie dough chunks. The plain vanilla with cookie dough chunks isn’t nearly as good as the blended one that has chocolate chips in it like the old recipe. That doesn’t change that this is the best location but I’d like the old recipe with both chocolate chips and cookie dough consistently

Not a whole lot of customer service to comment on here. If you have the time to find a sweet treat else where I highly recommend doing that. Rude and unwelcoming environment every time we drop in. It's too bad because we truly love Baskin-Robbins and it's so close to home but we will not be returning to this location.

We drive past the BR location closer to our home to go to this one. Not only are the staff always courteous, respectful, and professional, the establishment itself is always clean, well-stocked, and easy to get in and out of. They always have my pb&choc and daiquiri ice flavor, a fave since childhood & those chocolatey chocolate shakes are so good. Thanks y’all for keeping this customer happy & always coming back!

I moved away from Little Rock 27yrs ago and I come home quite often. While there are some distasteful reviews, I visit here often. I’ve never had any questionable encounters. Always professional and always pleasant. Great place.

Customer service subpar ice cream decent no rest room so lord forbid you need to take a child to the restroom

Walked in. Middle of the coronavirus pandemic, there's a little kid behind the counter - no mask, no gloves - opening & closing ice cream containers, touching everything, with a spoon in their mouth as if they also had been dipping in and taste-testing everything, too. Sweet tooth immediately spoiled. Walked out.
