I ordered the Thanksgiving ice cream turkey cake this year. Not only did I not get the advertised $5 off when ordered through the app, but what we received was a joke. It was half as big as advertised, there was no body just a round mound of caramel with two waffle cones thrown on. It looked like a reject from a baking show put together by a child. We were very disappointed and DEFINITELY not worth the $44 paid. See attached picture for amusement... Where did the body of my cake go, was it pardoned by the governor as well?! DON'T waste your money!!!

Be careful using your credit or debit cards here they had a skimmer on the POS terminal & after I used my card here I got fraudulent charges on my account from baskin Robbin’s in India for thousands of dollars. I had just gotten a new card & this place was the first & only place I used the new card at. They think that because they’re on the more rich side of town people won’t notice.

I tried this location since the tornado had did damage to it. I wish I had went to the other location. The ice cream cake decoration was AWFUL and I told the lady that before I left. Nothing was offered as far as a discount. When I got home to celebrate my son's birthday, the cake was AWFUL, too. It tasted old. My son didn't even finish eating his slice and I didn't either. I paid for this cake and it was NOT edible. I have contacted customer service a million times and the owner will NOT call to try to make it right or anything. I am big on customer service. From now on, I am going back to Dairy Queen where I do not have any issues. This location does not have a real baker and she was excited to show me the cake. My 3 year old neice could have done a better job!! I have been telling every one at my job and posted on my Facebook of this horrible cake. Take your business elsewhere. I wish I could add the pictures here.

I read through the reviews to see if it was a bad that went on, no these people are rude and very unprofessional. I came into the store they did not speak and didn't feel the need to stop a conversation to help me. I had to ask the one clerk to wash her hands, she didn't appreciate that and said something under her breath, I asked her what she said, her reply was nothing. I even sent an email to the cooperate office and they said they would reach out to the store manager. The manager sent an email and absolutely unhelpful he didn't address the poor customer service however he did address the tiny scoops of ice cream I mentioned as if I wanted free ice cream. I don't want germs. I would never recommend this store for anything.

All my fault because I paid but my son tried not to cry because it was so bad to not hurt my feelings. I called to see if they had any of their oreo cakes in the freezer like most BR's do and she said yes. Had the size I needed so no request for a cake was made. She even wrote Happy Birthday on it....however I had no clue she was not the baker apparently and was left to do things on her own. The chocolate was swirled on the top like a last minute decision instead of drizzled around the cake and there were only 3 plops of icing on top and I had to ask for oreos on top and she only put broken pieces. I'm so disappointed in this cake....and seeing my son be upset but trying not to be just broke me. If you can't make it like the pictures on the website close your store!

Ordered from Uber eats and they were out of 2 flavors. I asked them to refund the missing flavors and leave them out but they refused and would not let the drivers leave unless I gave a substitution. They wouldn’t even leave them out without giving a refund.

I love everything about Baskin robins I went in there plenty of times and had my food right every-time it’s always taste good for the whole haven’t tried Baskin robins and want to try it go to Baskin robins,Chenal,Little Rock Arkansas and also just for a reminder try wild and reckless it is my favorite ice-cream I love it and I get it all the time but do not try bubble gum in my opinion if you like very sweet stuff the bubble gum flavor is for you and for the wild and reckless one has a very fruity taste and it’s very flavorful the bubble gum ice cream has real bubble gum in there I almost choked and it is ok in my opinion I will rate it a 6/10 but without the bubble gum pieces it would be a 10/10 I love Baskin robins so much and that’s really all i can eat all day to have an dessert the costumer serves is excellent I took mines to go and I hope y’all go check it out 🙂😋🍦

They are super lazy they sent me a pie that wasn't even grasshopper pie and instead of saying they didn't have it they sent us the wrong thing and took our money it was suppose to be a grass hoper pie and smores pint of ice cream and they got it totally wrong and then they where super rude to my mom onthe phone. If I could give zero stars I would. Need new employees.

Today me and my sister went in around 6:00 and the young lady who was working was very rude. When she asked me what I wanted, I told her I was still looking because I didn’t know what I wanted and she replied with “yeah yeahh okay” in a rude way. Also, she was rolling her eyes and just simply had a bad attitude while she was serving my sister.
