It never been a problem until today, I was denied that service. The lady there was rude, and Instead of her trying to please me as the customer(after taking 5 min to service me because she all on the phone) , she’s worried about whose adding a waffle cone to the blenders (that’s only work for ice cream) as she states. But I will not b coming back. Also add waffle cone topping to the menu if yall can’t blend up a waffle cone, even though I’ve had it done over the years. With her acne filled face. Get better staff and keep it clean

Horrible. This is the worst place I have ever been to. They are very unprofessional and untidy. Please go anywhere but here. The cashier is so beyond rude and unwilling to do anything. Any person I know says the same thing if they have been to this facility. Save yourself the dissatisfaction. One of my worst encounters was with Pria. She is so rude and beyond lazy. Horrible.

They are running a special of buy a scoop get a scoop free. It's a scam, I went there and said they do have that promo and in the end we were still charged regular price. 1 star for false advertising. If you don't check your receipts you don't even notice.

The ice cream is always quality. However, this specific BR needs some quality control in other areas. It has just been through a total renovation and it is already dirty. With two working, one gave huge scoops; the other minuscule. The customers noticed. Also, an old rule but a good one--if you've got time to lean (and be on your phone: get my!!!), you've got time to clean or scrape down the bins. Finally, not 31 flavors and the most important one--German chocolate cake, was absent.

Went to the grand reopening today (10/14/23). What a bad ice cream experience. The staff were nice, had lots of give-a-ways, music and games but the ice cream tasted very old. They had tornado damage in April 2023 and the ice cream taste like it had been saved from then.

Service is horrible. I've been in there twice. The same lady was behind the counter each time. She acted as though she was having a bad day...on both occasions. I'll spend my coins elsewhere. I'd definitely pay more for better service. The store was clean though.

The Ice cream here is super expensive and the workers have poor customer service. Here’s advise to the workers…. Don’t expect a tip if you have a bad attitude.

Ice cream was extremely midOver priced, I can spend like $4 and get a whole tub of Ice Crean at walmart and here they charge me like 5 to 10 bucks just for a few scoopsCookies were hard, if you don't have fresh cookies then don't serve them.Way too much money for very little dessertsAlso why are your table and chairs so close together? Literally no spaceCakes were like $32 which is laughably overpriced. My mom can make a better tasting cake with $2 cake boxes from Wal Mart

Rude lady. Walked out of the store with dissatisfaction with usual Pralines(as it can't go wrong). She says only 2 flavors try policy. Never heard from any other Baskin Robbins.
